Oath of heroes needs to be either a trigger or an activated ability. I'm going to assume you want a trigger. So it should be "At the beggining of your upkeep..." a very reasonable card.
Fear the Great, legendary creature spell.
Rage of Kher Keep, the name is strange. That is a place of kobold. This being the only one of the cycle that doesn't care that it is legendary feels weird.
Presence of the Wise man, this is way too good. Any control deck would kill to have this card and either not run any creature as they want to do or just switch their current finisher for a legend. Nondrawbacks aren't good design. You need to actually restrict what the color wants to do not play into their strengths.
Age of Heroes, a better costed Day of Destiny is quite reasonable.
