Eldraine seems ripe for some top down DFCs, and so I present my own:
Arthur, Orphan Squire2W
Legendary Creature - Human Knight T: Look at the top card of your library. If it's an Equipment card, you may reveal it and put it into your hand. Otherwise put it on the top or bottom of your library. T: Attach target Equipment you control to target creature you control.
When an Equipment becomes attached to ~, transform Arthur.

// King Arthur W Legendary Creature - Human King
At the beginning of each combat, if ~ has first strike, Knight creatures you control gain first strike until end of turn. The same is true for flying, deathtouch, double strike, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance. WUBRG: ~ and all Knight creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn for each color among permanents you control.

The Sword in the Stone3
Legendary Artifact - Equipment T: Add one mana of any color.
Equip-5, Untap a tapped creature you control.
When ~ becomes attached to a creature, transform it.
// The Marvelous Sword
Legendary Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has first strike, vigilance, haste, and "T: Add one mana of any color".
Equip 5
Magic Beans2G
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant land you control
Enchanted land has "T: Add G to your mana pool."
At the beginning of your upkeep, transform ~.
// Magic Beanstalk G Enchantment - Aura
Enchant land you control
When this permanent transforms into ~, you may search your library for a land card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.
Enchanted land is a 0/6 green Plant creature with defender and reach. It's still a land.
Whenever enchanted land becomes tapped for mana, add GG.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
The fact that you've brought up DFC designs reminds me that there's a lot of overlap between Eldraine and Innistrad, thematically speaking. Both are set in a pseudo-European setting with a focus on twisted/realistic/Grimm versions of European folklore. Dark Ascension even had its own Red-RidingHood mini-cycle. To prevent the two from stepping on each other's toes more than they already do, I expect a broad mechanical disparity between the two planes to differentiate them. That means Eldraine likely won't have DFCs, which is reinforced by the fact that the set already has a mechanic that revolved around an altered text box, and I doubt there would be a focus on the graveyard beyond the ordinary.
As for these designs, they're solid. King Arthur is a little too busy and too easy to transform for my tastes. He wasn't made king by any random weapon, and yet, to your version of the boy, any weapon will do. To split the difference between mechanical constraints and flavor, what if he only flipped on legendary equipment or equipment with particularly high costs instead?
