In the Zelda series, Heart Containers are a common upgrade item that increase Link's health. Most bosses drop one when defeated, and in most Zelda games Link can assemble one by finding four Pieces of Heart (the notable exceptions being Twilight Princess, where he requires five, and Breath of the Wild, where he instead cashes in four Spirit Orbs at a Goddess Statue for either a Heart Container or a Stamina Vessel).
Thus, I made the Heart Container card cost 4. Since Heart Containers in most Zelda games add four hit points to Link's total and fully heal him when acquired, the card increases your starting life by 4 and immediately restores you back to "full" if you aren't already past it. Additionally, the card provides a +1/+1 boost to all your creatures so it can interact with, say, a Link legendary creature card. I would also consider having it interact with planeswalkers and loyalty, but that feels like overcomplication.
Heart Container4
Artifact
Your starting life total is increased by 4.
Creatures you control get +1/+1.
When Heart Container enters the battlefield, if your life total is less than your starting life total, it becomes equal to your starting life total.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
- A colorless artifact, meaning it's easier to play AND recur.
- Increases your starting life total by 4, so it's 4 life better.
- Doesn't make you skip untapping your lands next turn.
- Is an anthem on top of all this.
Not that Oketra's is a particularly good card, as far as I'm aware, but still.
