Legendary Creature - Human Advisor (M)
At the beginning of each opponents upkeep, they choose friend or foe.
* Friend - That opponent gains 3 life and draws a card. Prevent all damage sources they control would deal to you and permanents you control until your next turn.
* Foe - That opponent loses 3 life and discards a card at random.

Legendary Creature - Avatar (M)
Vigilance
At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent chooses strength, knowledge, or health.
* Strength - You and that opponent create a 3/3 green Beast Token.
* Knowledge - You and that opponent draw a card.
* Health - You and that opponent gain 4 life.

Krenton, Mastermind for Hire1WUB
Legendary Creature - Veldalken Artificer (M)
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player may bid life. You start the bidding with a bid of any number. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid. If you have the high bid, create a X/X colorless Doomsday artifact creature token with indestructible and trample, where X is the life lost this way.

I can't see Krenton as white. Sure he's an Artificer, but not an Esperite (he's not an artifact himself), and he's blue as well. Given what color past bid cards (and Menacing Ogre) have been, this feels absolutely like a UBR creature.
The foe option is so devastating - especially with random discard potentially undoing the opponent's plan of attack - that the option is not relevant enough. Actually you could remove the foe option entirely and basically have a really similar interplay just due to the Group Hug aspect.
You know what would be cool?m Something like:
Taersal, Contract Arbiter3WB
Legendary Creature - Archon Advisor (M)
Flying
As ~ enters the battlefield each opponent chooses friend or foe.
Players that have chosen friend can't attack you or permanents you control.
If a player that has chosen foe would lose life, they lose twice that much life instead.
4/4
Bidding has such a long-winded wording. I wish, the word count for that card could be cut down.

I thought the colors and token type were a reference to Assemble the Doomsday Machine, the three-colored Archenemy-deck. It doesn't help though that mechanically the card could easily be monoblack.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
