Futile EndBBR

Gain control of target creature, then destroy it. There was a choice, but there was no other result.
1. WHY. Yester day I Entrancing Melodyed an opponent Midnight Reaper. And thought in the shower, hey this is a good way to remove "dies triggers".
2. COST. So in the shower i thought okay a murder that mind controls, and started with UBR, the colors of mind control. But being UBR would suggest to be more on the mind control since it has two control color (UR) and one pip of B. So I thought i change it to 1(U/R)B, but then realize it will mostly be an easier to cast Murder with upside, which was fine I guess but detracts from the Murder. So it became (U/R)BB which was cool, and evokes murder's mana cost. But in mtgDesign showed me Gold was ugly. It was gold colored and nowhere can you see the black. So after some contemplating, i removed U an dit became BR gold which looked way nicer. Red is a better choice than UBB i think because in almost all cases the gain control is very temporary which is more of red version of take control.
3. MECHANICAL flavor. Black destroys creatures for 1BB, and red controls creatures for 2R, Both at 3 cmc. This removes the generic pips and combine sthe colored pips into 3cmc. Gameplay wise this is a Murder attached with the exile clause of red removals such as Incinerate, Lava Coil or Anger of the Gods, but slightly better.
4. FLAVOR. Sometimes your already dead even after you joined the bad guys and you know it.
5. Indestructible. Indestructible is a problem (ish) but maybe its fine. Indestructible allows to take control of indestructible permanents permanently, and that may be a problem arguably but but but remember who likes indestructible? White WW. And who hates white? Red black.
6 WHY NOT. Why doesnt it act of treason for a turn? Because that would be Slave of Bolas and thats 5cmc. Also it would be wordy, and less elegant. Notice how beautiful the centered text, it puts destroy it on a separate line. Like sure it does other things, but its real deal is outlined for you.

Interesting idea. Is there any reason you want to destroy the creature rather than sacrifice it? That would eliminate your concerns about permanently stealing indestructibles.
The card is interesting but seems overly novel. If you make it a sorcery and move the destroy/sacrifice to end of turn it will give it more obvious play advantages beyond the novel simply stealing a death trigger. By not untapping or granting haste it's different enough from Slave that it should feel like it's own card and can keep the lower cost.
Love the flavor on this. I agree with the other two posters... Sacrifice rather than destroy seems to fit the flavor better, and I like the idea of it being a sorcery and waiting until end of turn to nix the creature for potential combo fun.
I think this could technically be done in monoblack. Black can steal things (usually players and planeswalkers) very infrequently. I think this is a case where it justify stealing a creature. If the spell let you do something else with the creature before it died, I think it would need to be red or blue, but as is I don't think that's the case.
That said, I'm not a fan of the card. It's obviously designed to take advantage of a very specific interaction that isn't immediately obvious. It just doesn't feel clean. I would do something like this instead:
Futile End 1BB
Instant
Until end of turn, whenever a creature dying under an opponent's control triggers an ability of a permanent that player controls, gain control of that triggered ability.
Destroy up to one target creature.
