Because current boros commanders don't quite seem to have what it takes, I wanted to explore some design space.
Daros, Dunerunner
Legendary Creature- Viashino Warrior
Creatures you control with 2 converted mana cost less gain haste, first strike, and "when this creature attacks, tap target creature".
Creatures with converted mana cost 3 or greater don't untap during their owner's untap steps.
2/1
This is what I think a boros aggro commander would actually need to look like for the strategy to be halfway decent.
Kir'Kan, Edge of Disaster
Legendary Creature- Human Shaman
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices a permanent if they control more permanents than you do.
2/2
A "fixed" Braids that seems pretty appropriate for the colors.
Ava, Renegade Valkyrie
Legendary Creature- Angel
Flying, Haste. Vigilance
Whenever Ava attacks, return each creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking.
At the beginning of your end step, sacrifice all tapped creatures you control.
5/5
Just a high-drop bomb that exists to do ridiculous things.
I'd rather see daros care about 2 cmc instead of 2 power. That way you can still include boro's strengths in equipment buffing.
Kir Kan is a neat general to build with. You'd probably draw table focus but at the same time the player(s) with the most permanents probably has so many that they'd want kirkan in play so that while they can easily pop out permanents, they're other opponents will be affected more if they aren't ramping and/or token spam.
I think dunerunner's second ability is problematic. Big creatures are easily retapped next attack anyway. Sweepers will block your weenies more then big creatures.
Or wall like creature with big toughness. Your 2/1 first striker will have more trouble with 1/3 omen speaker than a 3/1 Oreskos Swiftclaw.
Edge of disaster feels so monowhite though.
Ava i love this card.

MtG is where you can hate white players or black players, and still not be racist.
Turned daros to converted mana cost as recommended.
In regards to Ava, I suppose that a mass Alesha affect can feel either Boros or Rakdos. Cards like Rally the Ancestors and Marshal's Anthem make me feel that the effect can be boros (though it would feel a lot more black if you got to keep the creatures afterwards).

I would argue quite the opposite, in terms of color pie. Rally the Ancestors might be one of the more memorable forms of reanimation that white has due to its competitive use, but it's soundly in the minority of how most white reanimation, including mass and repeatable reanimation, functions. Rally is only one of two forms of temporary reanimation in white, alongside Séance, and both cards are designed not to give the temporarily reanimated creature the chance to attack without external help. All other white forms of reanimation have the creatures stick around.
While this is true the card is still partially red. And red is famous to give haste. This could solve the issue with the attack after the temporarily reanimation.

Kir'Kan doesn't seem overpowered, per-se. Just very unfun to play against if used correctly.
Ava is pretty neat, though I can't help but feel that degree of mass reanimation is RB instead of RW.

Black, by contrast, has loads of ways to bring creatures back temporarily, many of which allow them to attack. Footsteps of the Goryo, Goryo's Vengeance, Apprentice Necromancer, Postmortem Lunge, and the (mostly black) unearth mechanic are just a few of the 19 black cards that function this way.
