These legends are designed for a RW Equipment deck as part of a "Noncreature subtypes" theme.
NAME, Samurai Master3RW
Legendary creature - Human Samurai
Each Samurai creature you control has Bushido X, where X is the number of Equipment attached to it.
Whenever a Samurai you control attacks or blocks, you may put an Equipment card from your hand onto the battlefield attached to it. Return that Equipment to its owner's hand at end of combat.
3/3
Something neat about Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is how she has a Ninja tribal effect that works even when she's not in a Ninja tribal deck. I tried something similar here, a Samurai that grants Bushido X to all Samurai you control, including himself. Each Samurai you control can also cheat out an Equipment whenever they attack or block, but only for that combat, as a nod to the classic Samurai "draw, strike, and sheathe" trope.
NAME, Mob Leader1RW
Legendary creature - Human Warrior
Haste
Whenever a Human enters the battlefield under your control, you may attach target Equipment you control to that creature.
Whenever a Human you control attacks, you may pay 1. If you do, create a 1/1 white Human creature that's tapped and attacking.
2/2
Sharpen your pitchforks and light your torches, it's time for an angry mob! This Human from Innistrad lets you attach an Equipment you control to each Human that enters the battlefield under your control. Whenever a Human you control attacks, you may pay 1 to create an additional Human token that's tapped and attacking.
Funnily enough, these are just the secondary commanders for the deck. I haven't figured out the face card yet.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Also, the card has a neat flavorful synergy with Oathkeeper, Takeno's Daisho, which is cool.
