Gold Shrapnel I XR Sorcery
Gold Shrapnel deals X damage to target creature or planeswalker. When that creature or planeswalker is put into a graveyard this turn, if it's converted mana cost was 5 or higher, put a 5/5 Dragon token with flying onto the battlefield.
I'm back and forth on Troll Peddler. On one hand, it requires a lot of mana investment and is fragile until you can activate that first ability (so there's a window of opportunity to deal with it before then). On the other, once it has a couple of +1/+1 counters on it, the game gets taken over. I dunno how to fix it. Make it a 2/1? 1/2?
Bursting Tempest is out of color; I don't think green can damage planeswalkers. Now, you can make a case for green getting that effect, but I'd prefer Rabid Bite towards 'walkers rather than straight-up burn.
Mystic Pyre is probably too cheap in its player damage mode.
Legion Lackey is really nice. Might need a double-colored cost just to slide back the power level a little?
I kept reading Anachronicle as Anachrocide, which was also a neat name. Fun build-around, feels pretty Sultai.
Shou feels pretty good.
Gold Shrapnel is comparable to Subterranean Tremors I suppose. I don't think the maxed-out mode is OP but it's pretty good.
