Tuvasa's arrival should be other enchantments. A hard shut down of interaction it too much, you need to leave an avenue of attack that requires additional cards to close.

Because a creature can't be attached to another permanent and if a aura is on the battlefield not attached to a permanent it is sent to the graveyard. If you want this interaction to be possible that's fine. It's just not a good interaction.

I tend to like funky “side-effects” like this. Am I off base in thinking it’s acceptable as an “incidental” mode?
Yes, because it's unintuitive and would stall out games while people looked up the rules because it's such an unusual interaction - or worse, most people would just misplay it.
Plus, it makes no flavor sense.
EDIT: I'd maybe make it take away enchant? Then it'd have the utility of turning problem Auras into a body, like a sort of bad Beast Within.
I'd add 1 to Tuvasa's Arrival (I suppose that's how it was before). Privileged Position protects all your permanents and just not enchantments, but it also doesn't stabilize you, add another layer of protection and set up your next draws all by itself. I also think that by the time you.want to cast this, 1 really isn't a dealbreaker anymore.
