So the core of this idea is interesting: making Sagas repeat themselves instead of ending after the last chapter. However, the card is cluttered by having three completely redundant abilities seemingly designed to prevent all interaction. Also, "enchant Saga" is very narrow, and usually enchantments are not colorless.
I'd prefer this be a legendary creature that gave all your Sagas the ability to recur. It's a highly niche ability that is also powerful and can be built around.
"Can't leave the battlefield" and "If enchanted saga would leave the battlefield, instead it doesn't" are redundant and cannot both occur ever, and are functionally redundant with "When this Saga has three or more lore counters on it, remove all lore counters from it." and is mostly redundant with indestructible.
Never, ever put "can't leave the battlefield" on a card, that ability phrase is untenable and cannot be made not broken.
Excessive non-interaction abilities make for very unfun play, I'd cut virtually everything from this design that makes it harder for your opponent to do things to your cards.

I'd second both turning it into a Legendary Creature and removing most of the non-saga text, but I'd probably make the new creature either Bant or Esper.
