Oh man, I didn't check my MSE export. No idea why it didn't include reminder text! Here's the ability texts for both of those:
Chant X (If you cast this for X, exile it as it resolves. Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Blessing (This turn, if you paid 4 or more mana to cast a noncreature spell, you’re blessed.)
Thanks for the individual card feedback! I'll put some thought into Sink Into Silence especially; I want blue to have a cheap conditional counter, but I'm not sure what design is best for this set. The powerlevel concerns on other cards are also noted; I'm not a great dev guy, so I expected there to be some numerical issues.
Do you mean Chant lets you cast copies from exile?
Because I _think_ the way it's written now, you'd get to cast it once from exile, and it would then end up in your graveyard. Not that that's not interesting, but it's fairly unintuitive.
Yes, it's intended to work more like rebound than cipher. You get one secondary cast out of it. It's a bit hard to read, that's true, but I have tested it and it works fine at the table.
