Robot Zombie Pirate Ninja2BB
Artifact Creature - Zombie Pirate Ninja
Ninjutsu 1B Raid - B, Sacrifice an artifact or creature: Return ~ from your graveyard to your hand. Activate this ability only if you attacked with a creature this turn.
3/2
Black was the color where Zombies, Pirates, and Ninjas most overlap. For the abilities, you of course have Ninjutsu to represent the Ninja part, while the Raid ability, representing the Pirate parrrt of course, is inspired by Bloodsoaked Champion, only it returns RZNP to your hand rather than the battlefield to play with Ninjutsu, and it requires sacrificing an artifact or creature to play into the Robot and Zombie parts (the fact it comes back from the grave can be inferred as either reanimation, reconstruction, or maybe a mixture of the two).
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Frankly this card isn't especially Un- except for the flavor. Even in Unstable, where the goal was to test out unusual mechanics and there were a lot of cards that "could" have been done outside silver border, the cards that were most grounded in real mechanics usually did the most wacky and unique things with them, like Rules Lawyer or Three-Headed Goblin or Party Crasher. This just reminds me of Viscera Dragger or Time Spiral block - a card that uses multiple keywords in a unique and complimentary way, sure, but nevertheless doesn't make me laugh or think.
Would it help if the Ninjutsu and Raid ability costs included saying stuff like "Hiyaaah!" or "Avast, ye scurvy dog!"?

Actually yes.
To me there are two equally valid ways of making a card Un-: including mechanics that couldn't be in a real Magic card due to design conventions or the rules themeselves (Letter Bomb, Slaying Mantis, Blacker Lotus, Carnivorous Death-Parrot), and including mechanics that are technically possible but are possibly humorous, absurd, or beyond the pale of what is currently done (Blast from the Past, Old Fogey, various dice-rolling cards, various Unstable cards I mentioned before, host and augment).
