First off, "Elf Dryad" makes little to no flavor sense as a typeline because of what those beings respectively are (humanoids who are flesh and blood like us versus spiritual beings of pure nature and mana).
Jedissa looks both interesting and unholy obnoxious when it comes to combo potential. Hey, at least you were restrained in going for Rescue and not blink. Landfall plus Exploration is a nice thing to do but maybe not on this card and not so cheap?
Odula's activated ability is way too much; tutoring for multiple nonland permanents for no mana is highway to game-endingly broken. You have to put some kind of riders or mana costs in there.
Scae is... alright as-is except for changing costs. The -1 is by far the most concerning ability, even though the +1 is a double land tutor; she's, thankfully, far from a Primeval Titan. Anyhow, even though the -1 is technically not card advantage and even though it has the Kaya, Ghost Assassin 2-life-check-on-brokenness bit, it still lets you repeatedly sacrifice lands to destroy opponents' bombs at a very low cost, and it's very easy for her to refill your lands as well.
