I want Phyrexian and Vampire Nighthawk back in Standard, so I thought this would be a nice twist. It's a potential second turn creature. In order to take advantage of that, you'd have to have BGand take two damage, as opposed to the CBB requirement of Vampire Nighthawk - a bit of a trade-off between the two cards. There's also a new B/G pay 2 life mana cost mechanism.
The artwork is quite a bit crude and needs way more work to it, but I think the concept is there. I was thinking that in foil, the black areas of the creature would be super matte (like Vanta black) with the wings extending past the image border. Everywhere else would be foiled. The eyes could look more menacing and larger.

Nighthawk is already a fringe modern level card..this pushes it to a whole new level, firstly it removes the double black requirement making it much easier to have in your SB or MD against more aggressive decks. 2 mana 2/3 Flying Lifelink and Deathtouch is like beyond pushed

Yours is similar to nighthawk, but with the option to get it out earlier. No, it's not a trade-off. The option to come out earlier is a straight up upgrade from nighthawk.
Flying may be secondary in black, but it's definitely not used in green -- meaning it's probably wrong to put this in Golgari. It'd work great in Orzhov colors, though, probably even better than in mono-black, given that that'd reinforce both flying and lifelink.
But yeah, this is hilariously broken. 2 life is not a real cost, or not enough to justify being able to drop one of these suckers turn 2. And as others have said, BG (or BW, etc.) is possibly easier to hit than BB.
Compare Gifted Aetherborn. Flying is a ridiculous upgrade on this card, and (again) 2 life is not enough of a setback. And, frankly, I was already a bit surprised to see Aetherborn printed.

Yeah, you guys are right about the BG being easier to cast than BB. I don't know what I was thinking lol. Maybe if it was BB with pay 4 life then it'll be fair. Or, it's kept the same at BG w/ pay 2 life/B/G + "When Vampire Goshawk enters the battlefield, pay 2 life." (or other nerfing rules text).

Whether its blue players countering your spells, red players burning you out, or combo, if you have a problem with an aspect of Magic's gameplay, you can fix it!
Step 1: Identify the problem. What aspect of Magic don't you like? Step 2: Find out how others deal with the problem. How do players deal with this aspect of the game when they run into it? Step 3: Do what those players do. Step 4: No more problem. Bonus: You are now better at Magic. Enjoy those extra wins!
It's all been said. Taking an already quite good card and making it better will usually push it over the top. Taking an overpowered mechanic and applying it to an already good card with no alteration will do the same. Here you've done both. Things costing phyrexian mana really must cost significantly more than the non-phyrexian version, it's not just the color fix, it's the reduction. Putting any cost-reduction ability on a Vampire Nighthawk, already extremely strong in any standard environment, is just asking for trouble.
If it's (effectively because c'mon) BG to cast, then turn 1 local Llanowar Elves variant/turn two this leaves one mana open. That's not kosher for Passover in any Standard environment I'd care to play, to say nothing about a Limited environment.
You obviously did put some thought into this, however, so instead of just reiterating the negative points others have made I'll say what positives I can come up with. Dual-color-phybrid is probably at least worth thinking about as I feel Phyrexian mana is a mechanic that can be used for interesting and not-broken purposes. However, aesthetically I would never put it alongside normal colored mana.

I put in flash instead because it suits the black color well, is better for balance, and goshawks are known IRL to fly super fast and agile in the forest.
Let me put this in context for you. This is double green now so it's even EASIER Than double black to cast on top of it being a 2/3 WITH FLASH AND DEATHTOUH. The reason it's so broken for me at least is that no one should be able to T1 mana dork into T2 this and Fatal Push, Duress or an additional dork.....that's beyond crazy.
