Had an idea for a cycle of enemy guild commanders that revolve in some way around investigating. Here we go

Whenever another creature with power 2 or less enters the battlefield under you control, investigate.
Whenever you sacrifice a clue, creatures you control get +1/+1 until the end of the turn.

Serial Killer's cost reduction is busted in half, mostly because of how it affects other cards.
Yes, I think it needs the Training Grounds clause to make it so that nothing turns free with it. I'm not that worried about it considering how much setup the combo clearly needs it you want to go infinite with (useful) things but at the same time, could be annoying in Commander.
In any case, I think the design space is neat. I can see a crime/mystery plane setting with archetypes like these as a legend cycle. They obviously would need proper names but these appear to be playtest names anyway.
I might change some of the costs and abilities around here. Corrupted Politician feels odd adding mana of any color in white-black, for example.
