Based on the common guess that the three Bolas guild walkers in RNA will be Dovin, Domri, and Kaya, I have designed these three cards as speculation of what their cards could be like.
Dovin, Azorius Inspector2WU
Legendary Planeswalker - Dovin
+1: Until your next turn, if a source would deal damage to you or to a permanent you control, prevent 1 of that damage and you may draw a card.
-2: Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. Look at that player's hand, then you may draw a card.
-3: You get an emblem with "Your opponents can't cast more than one spell each turn" and "As long as it's your turn, your opponents can't cast spells or activate abilities of nonland permanents."
4
Domri, Gruul Beastmaster1RG
Legendary Planeswalker - Domri
+1: Add RG to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to cast creature spells or to activate abilities of creatures.
+1: ~ deals 1 damage to each opponent. Whenever a creature you control enters the battlefield this turn, it gains haste until end of turn.
-7: Discard your hand, then draw X cards, where X is the greatest power among creatures you control.
3
Kaya, Orzhov Countess3WB
Legendary Planeswalker - Kaya
0: Exile ~ or up to one target creature. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of your next upkeep.
-1: Each player creates a 1/1 white and black Spirit creature token with lifelink and loses 1 life.
-2: Destroy target creature. If that creature is a Spirit, its controller loses life equal to its power and you may gain that much life. Otherwise you lose life equal to its power.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Dovin, IMO, is trying too hard.
+1 is already a better version if architect of thoufht and yet it has this weird draw clause on it. If multiple sources are eeduced, does this mean the draw is multiplied as well? Probably no but stilll some confuse will be had with this.
Also (except JtMS) UW dies not draw at 4cmc uptick, narset is conditional draw, dovin baan has it on minus.
-1 i think the maybis redundant, it could be easily be not may. Remember wizards wants to reduce clicks bowadays, the less may the better. Also reword?
-3 such a powerful effect on entrance, and it also shuts down interaction. First the one spell a turn is real powerful for an emblem, and i think it should not be done on entry or at a low ult cost. Also why does UW need a veil ofnnoninteraction from enemy? I could see the veil on uninteraction as green or maybe red, but UW does not need this. Uw already has the tools to protect whatever it is they are doing.
Domri is good to go for me i think
Kaya is reminisce of her olderbform andni seem to have no problems with it.
Dovin seems very unfun to play agains
Domri seems to power out powerful creature decks
Kaya is very annoying lol, like obzedat.

MtG is where you can hate white players or black players, and still not be racist.
