Jar of Wine2
Artifact (Common)
When Jar of Wine enters the battlefield, you may have target creature you control fight another target creature. (Each deals damage equal to its power to the other.) 1, T, Sacrifice Jar of Wine: Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
So it's a cheaper Triangle of War that allows for blink shenanigans and comes with a buff effect?
I don't think that this card is necessarily overpowered (even though it would be the first colorless fight card in a VERY long time) but I don't think that it would find itself in a standard legal set and it would probably need to be at least uncommon (while the abilities don't look complex, new players will often miss the fact that they could use the second ability in response to the first ability triggering).
I'm pretty sure they exclude references to alcohol on the cards themselves nowadays. Otherwise we probably would have gotten a Bottle of Rum card in Ixalan.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I like it, but there's no way this will be common. In limited, it's as good as a 3cc colorless "destroy target creature". That plus newer players will probably miss the fact that the second ability can be activated before the first reseolves.
