Falconer's Call - This is very swingy considering it can read "W, Draw five cards." Of course you're usually never going to hit five Birds but still, tweak the numbers here.
Flight Formation - Narrow and overcosted imo especially since most Birds are not that big. I'd reduce the cost, make it an instant, and care about all creatures with flying rather than just Birds.
Call the Flock - Again, pretty expensive for what you get, but fine in concept.
Mystic Falconer - Hard to evaluate. Cool conceptually, but definitely a development problem. What's the biggest Bird you can get for free, Windbrisk Raptor? That doesn't seem so bad but again it would all depend on the Birds in the set with it.
Falconer's Protection - Probably fine.
Tailwind - This needs white in the cost if it grants first strike.
Quill Flurry - Again pretty narrow and could cost less.
Delta Stream - This looks very annoying. It's no Maze of Ith, of course, but an ability like that on a land will always be super strong for control decks.
Flock Swarm - Not a white card by any stretch of the imagination - other than caring about Birds this is red or maybe green given the recent use of things like Rabid Bite.
Hidden Nest - Brilliant flavor card and seems fun in practice too.
Flight Formation - Reduced the cost, but I can't bring myself to make it care about just anything with flying. Do dragons fly "in formation"? Do angels? Nah, flying in formation is strictly for the birds, so that's where it should stay.
Call the Flock - Noted and fixed.
Tailwind - Noted and fixed.

Delta Stream - I honestly wasn't sure what other ability to give it that made sense. I'm open to other ideas if this is too strong.
Flock Swarm - Yeah, I realized that when I thought of it. The idea in my head was a sort of Attack of the Birds theme. It's definitely a red effect, but there's no such thing as a red Bird deck. How else can I give a Bird deck this kind of effect?
