Tilda, Soil Spinner2BRG
Legendary Creature – Human Monk [MR]
Reach, Deathtouch
At the beginning of your upkeep, put the top four cards of your library into your graveyard. BRG, Sacrifice a land: Destroy target nonland permanent if it has converted mana cost less than or equal to the number of land cards in your graveyard. Tilda, Soil Spinner deals 3 damage to that permanent's controller. 3/5
First of all, why is the text version a Human Monk and the mock up a Spider?
Feels more appropriate as a Spider.
The 3 damage feels like hot glue gun design to me. What relation do it have to the rest of the card? It seems like it there just to justify the card being red, because everything else is very black green. My first instinct is justake the card black green, remove the damage and put the ability cost down to 2.
The card feels a little underpowered, so I would also give an extra power or toughness or both.

If you particularly want it to be red for whatever reason, I suggest making deathtouch into haste instead of adding the damage effect. Haste is something that's actually primary in red, but as it happens is also done in black and green. Maybe then make it discard a land for the ability as a lower cost, and include the pt boost.

"Hello, there, fellow four-limbed citizen! How is your interior skeleton today? I'm certain it's splendid, just like my own interior skeleton, that I have."
- "Your a monstrous spider and are liquifying my fellow monks right now with the digestive liquid you injected into them earlier. I can see them hanging in your web right behind you."
"Now, that's a hurtful thing to say to someone."

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
