I started with tokens with lifelink, but decided to drop lifelink and just give life with the trigger itself.

Whenever a land is tapped for one or more mana, Overgrown Fields deals 1 damage to that land’s controller.
All lands have: “T: Add one mana of any color”.
A slightly modified version: T: Add one mana of any color. This land deals 1 damage to you". This way it doesn't stack up with two enchantments in play.

Whenever a nontoken creature you control dies, you may pay WB. If you do, create a black and white 2/2 zombie with lifelink.

Dark Temple enters the battlefield tapped. T: Add BB. Activate this only if you control a black legendary permanent.

I like Ajani's design. Rampaging Baloths is a 6/6 for 6 that makes 4/4s at non-legendary in mono-G so 2-color legendary at 2/2 is fine. You can even bump him to 3/3 or 4/4 if you dump the lifegain and (maybe?) give them lifelink.
Lush Gardens is also nice but you're at a clear advantage vs a mono deck. I don't think it's too bad but 1G maybe a bit more fair? Dunno.
I like March of the Soulless and Graveyard Storm, they look fine and the March is a nice splash in a GW token deck.
I think alot of the ideas are far too cheap. Then I read Guild Idol and thought that one was too expensive.
Graveyard Storm reminds me of crypt incursion. But I think it should cost a bit more than 3BB, it does give the UB mill decks another reliable win condition though.
