Vivien, Skalla's Vengeance3GG (M)
Legendary Planeswalker - Vivien
Starting loyalty: 4
+1: Exile up to one target creature with flying.
0: Search your hand, library and/or graveyard for a card named Arkbow and put it onto the battlefield. If you searched your library this way, shuffle it.
-7: For each creature card in exile, create a token that's a copy of that card, except it's a green Spirit in addition to its other types.
Arkbow3 (M)
Legendary Artifact T: Search your hand, library and/or graveyard for a creature card and exile it. If you searched your library this way, shuffle it. 5GG, T: Create a token that's a copy of target creature card in exile, except it's a green Spirit in addition to its other types.

Could the +1... exile? Just so she can possibly work without the Arkbow?
I feel like the bow itself could cost 3, maybe less.
All in all this feel like a Vivien given the one card of hers we've seen and also manages to capture the flavor of her powers in a way that a core set card probably just could not. Good job.
Agree with voido's suggestion; why destroy when exile is more secure and has a clear synergy with the other abilities? (It's kind of weird though because it gives green easy access to flying creatures and artifact creatures exclusively)
I feel like the arkbow should look something more like this
Artifact — Equipment
Equipped creature gets +2/+0.
If a creature that equipped creature damaged this turn would die, exile it instead.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage, you may have it deal damage equal to its power to target blocking creature.
equip some cost here
for the following reasons:
- It's preferable for weapons to be equipments at this point imo
- It no longer obviously duplicates a function of Vivien
- It actually acts the way you'd expect a bow to act instead of being a weird tutor.

So your idea is to have the bow "capture" the creatures by killing them in combat, and then have Vivien herself clone them?
The reason I didn't make the Arkbow an Equipment is that Vivien can't equip it as an Equipment, and it'd be weird if you need an additional creature that isn't Vivien to use the bow. Also, the Arkbow is legendary because it's the only one of its kind that we know of, especially since Vivien's plane is gone. For the third point, the bow clearly isn't a normal bow, so of course it would act differently than how one would expect it to act. You can even see that in the art for Vivien's Invocation.
I do think the idea of having the +1 exile has merit, so I changed it to do such.
