Caption below name is to show what card it was in the game, art, book, ect. it was from. Most of these cards center more on sacrificing creatures or cards from the Library or hand as cost moreover than mana.
1. Just cause they're not paying mana for every move does not mean they're broken.
2. As I stated in previous post these are old sets, I will be updating the terminology.
3. Just having fun creating, regardless of where they come from, they're Magic here.
Public Mod Note

...Are these all supposed to be commons, or did you just not bother to put rarities in? Also, you must post text cards.
Tiny Aggressive Dragon - Over the curve. Doubly so for Limited if this is meant to be common. Red definitely doesn't get efficiently-costed flyers.
Flame Dragon of Altea - Interesting drawback, but a little aggressively costed - a 6/6 for RR is no joke, especially if it can be achieved just by going hellbent.
Dragon of Mt. Hoelle - What are "strength counters"? Hard to evaluate a card with a parasitic, A/B mechanic drawback with no examples of the A mechanic in question, but a repeatable creature pinger is something that tends to take over games.
Dragon Call - Sarkhan's Triumph suggests this effect can never be one mana. What is a Dragonoid?
Pialle Eille - A card that starts with twelve counters in two different types? Just no. The faces of DFCs have different names because that's just how the names of Magic cards work. It's... pretty nonsensical that the enchantment face has the name and art of a creature, and also is nonlegendary. The back face's triggered ability doesn't do anything, because transforming doesn't cause a permanent to enter or leave the battlefield. Assuming you meant "when this transforms into...", then it's still ridiculous. Fifteen strength counters, that the card itself can't do anything with? Furthermore, mana "filtering" is way more green than it is red.
