Finally, a project that a friend and I had been working on for more than six years has come to fruition. We are finally ready to release our custom Star Wars cube. This is a fan project and intended for people to use free of charge.
Our cube spans all eras of the Star Wars universe but focuses primarily on the movie era, but with heavy contributions from the EU.
The cube is Shard/Allied Guild based with each shard representing a faction from the star wars movies:
Esper: Droid/Seperatists
Jund: Mandalorians/Bounty Hunters
Grixis: Sith
Bant: Jedi
Naya: Rebels/Wilds
We began this project more than six years ago after stumbling across a custom star wars collection that was posted by Whiny Tortoise on IMGUR. With his permission, we expanded on it, filling it to a full 360 cards. Our goal was to create a singleton cube that was roughly on par, power-wise, with a legacy cube. As we playtested it, we realized that there were some minor holes in it and we decided to keep working until we were comfortable with its full release. We also decided to continue to update the set as the newly revitalized property continued to spit out movies. As such, we have just completed a 180 card expansion which included cards from Rogue One, The Last Jedi as well as a full set of conspiracy and draft matters cards should you wish to play the cube in a multiplayer format.
The links to both the core set and the expansion are below. We appreciate any assistance you can provide, and any feedback. There are print files attached on IMGUR should you want to print them and play them yourselves. If you do/are, please let me know so we can incorporate your feedback from games!
I like your idea, and maybe will print it and play, but it means I need to have it clean I found some mistakes when scouring through the file.
Dewbacks: "You may active", instead of activate.
Bossk: you can't search library for a land, you need to search for a land card.
Dewback Rider has trooper instead of Trooper.
If you attach a text file of this, I could go through it and search for bugs like these Then maybe I will print it and subject someone (including me) to playing it
I found your project about 1.5-2 years ago, and printed cards (trying to replicate packs) about a year ago that myself and some friends did a draft with. We had a lot of fun with it, and I felt there was a good balance between the factions.
It actually inspired me to recently work on my own Star Wars set (focusing on all 3 color pairs and incorporating more of the "Legends" canon), and I can see how easy it is to make mistakes when doing your own cards. It's a lot of work and I think I'm a bit over my head with what I'm trying to do, so I can really appreciate what you and your friend went through to make yours.
Haha, trust me I know the feeling of needing it clean. I've been doing the proofreading for the last few months and I've developed a new appreciation for the wizards r&d. It is so easy to miss minor punctuation or wording issues.
I'll do my best to get our word document uploaded because an extra set of eyes would help allot.
Thank you for your help and if you find anything else, please let us know!

Thank you, and great job!
Thanks! If you're willing, we would love to see your thoughts and ideas for other cards characters who you think would be an interesting include!
The card EMP blast can exile an attacking or blocking creature, but its a sorcery. I havent gone through most of the set so I dunno if this is on purpose, but this wouldnt work in regular magic.
miraculous recovery is already a card that does something extremely similar to the one you create. Im wondering if this was just supposed to be the original.
