Enchantment
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, it gains hexproof until the end of your next turn.
(Note: Back when I put this up on the old WotC boards, someone suggested a different wording to make sure no one could respond with removal before the hexproof actually took effect. Only problem is, those aren't there any longer, and so I can't find the suggested wording.)
As worded this effect isn't very useful because the trigger can be responded to, as you said. You want "Each creature you control that entered the battlefield this turn has hexproof" or similar formatting. The point is it must be a static ability.
Right, we just need to make sure it lasts until the end of your next turn (read: the opponents can't do anything to it on their turns, either). Let's try "Each creature that entered the battlefield under your control since your last turn has hexproof." (I hope that covers anything you flash in on an opponent's turn.)

"Each creature that entered the battlefield since your last turn's upkeep has hexproof" should accomplish what you want.
I like this effect. It gives you a chance to attack at least once before your creatures eat a removal spell. I might tone it down a bit though. Hexproof is pretty dangerous as a static ability, and a guaranteed attack without risk of removal is rather powerful. I would try something like this:
Obscuring Nimbus(G/U)(G/U)
Enchantment (G/U): Target creature you control that entered the battlefield since your last turn's upkeep gains hexproof until end of turn.
Forcing you to hold up resources for reactionary protection is generally more interactive than just granting the protection regardless. At one mana to activate, it's not too much to ask, and that allows the enchantment to be costed a bit lower.

Yes, misread the original effect.
