There's a couple of folks requesting design challenges, so here's one for all of them (and for anyone really): Design a five-card horizontal cycle of commands based on the core planeswalkers. They can be monocolored or multicolored.
Nissa's Command2GG
Instant (R)
Choose one, then you may remove a counter from a creature or planeswalker you control to choose another --
* Destroy target artifact.
* Destroy target enchantment.
* Draw a card. You may play an additional land this turn.
* Put three +1/+1 counters on a land you control. It becomes a 0/0 creature with haste.
Jace, Gideon and Chandra: equal with other stuff on them.
(Yes, I know persist makes the cost an upside, but cards are primarily designed for limited and standard.)
Chandra's Command RR
Sorcery (R)
Choose one:
- Deal 2 damage to each creature
- Deal 2 damage to each opponent
- Deal 4 damage to target planeswalker
Garruk's Command GG
Sorcery (R)
Choose one:
- Creatures you control get +1/+1 and gain trample until end of turn
- Target creature gains deathtouch until end of turn. It fights target creature you don't control
- Target creature gets +3/+3 and gains intimidate until end of turn
Gideon's Command WW
Sorcery (R)
Choose one:
- Destroy target tapped creature
- Put a 2/2 white Soldier creature token with vigilance and first strike on to the battelfield
- Until the beginning of your next turn, prevent all damage that would be dealt to you by sources your opponents control
Jace's Command UU
Sorcery (R)
Choose one:
- Return target creature to it's owners hand. Draw a card.
- Target player puts the top five cards of their library into their graveyard. Draw a card.
- The next spell target player casts gains, "Counter this spell unless you pay (1)". Draw a card.
Liliana's Command BB

Choose one:
- Each opponent discards a card at random
- Each opponent sacrifices a creature
- Until the end of turn, whenever you tap a Swamp for mana, each opponent loses 1 life

Planeswalker abilities can only be activated as a sorcery. In addition, most planeswalkers require a double mana symbol commitment. Hence the design.

Choose one. Choose two if you control a planeswalker -
* Target creature attacks this turn if able.
* Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn. Untap it.
* Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt to you and permanents you control this turn.

Choose one. Choose two if you control a planeswalker -
* Each player puts a nonland permanent he or she controls on top of his or her library.
* Draw two cards.
* Each opponent puts the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard, where X is twice the number of cards in your hand.
Liliana's Command4B
Sorcery (R)
Choose one. Choose two if you control a planeswalker -
* Target player discards three cards.
* Each creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the number of creature cards in all graveyards.
* Exile all creature cards from target player's graveyard. For each card exiled this way, put a 2/2 black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield tapped.

Choose one. Choose two if you control a planeswalker -
* Chandra's Command deals 1 damage to each of up to three target creatures.
* Chandra's Command deals 3 damage to each opponent.
* Chandra's Command deals 2 damage to each creature and planeswalker an opponent controls that was dealt damage this turn.
