So these are a bunch of legendary creatures for a potential return to Mirrodin / New Phyrexia. Any and all input is greatly appreciated.
Overall Story: Jor Kadeen, Koth, and Melira continue to fight against the Phyrexian forces. Recently, the five Praetors of New Phyrexia have been weakened by a pulse of energy from deep within the plane's core. The Phyrexian general Ezuri, hungry for power, has taken advantage of the situation to commandeer control of the majority of the Phyrexian legion for himself, stylizing himself as the "Lord of Progress". Melira believes that the time for the final assault against the Praetors is almost at hand, but Ezuri's ferocity knows no bounds. Can the heroes restore Mirrodin and vanquish the Phyrexians once and for all?
Melira, Leader of Outcasts RG
Legendary Creature - Human Scout (R)
When Melira, Leader of Outcasts enters the battlefield, search your library for a land card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
Permanents your opponents control can’t have counters placed on them.
2/2
Watermark: Mirran
Story: Thanks to training from Jor Kadeen, the Sylvok Melira has learned of a way to weaponize her immunity to phyresis, and now seeks to lead those who fight for Mirrodin against the forces of the weakened Phyrexian Praetors.
Geth, Master of the Vault 4BR
Legendary Creature - Zombie (R)
Menace XBR: Gain control of target artifact or creature card with converted mana cost X or less. It gains haste. At the beginning of your next end step, sacrifice that permanent.
5/5
Watermark: Phyrexian
Story: Geth has always sought to keep the power granted to him by the Phyrexians. Now, with the Praetors almost at the point of falling, Geth maneuvers to avoid the conflict altogether and use his Phyrexian forces to secure the Mephidross for himself in the future.
Flash
When Venser, Phyrexian Traitor enters the battlefield, exile target spell or nonland permanent an opponent controls.
2/2
Watermark: Mirran
Story: Venser was dead, his life being sacrificed to cleanse Karn of the glistening oil's corruption. This should be the end of Venser's story, but unfortunately, it was only the beginning. Venser awoke to find himself inside Jin-Gitaxias' lair, having been transformed and compleated. His humanity robbed from him, he managed to somehow keep his own mind after the process, and proceeded to escape and flee deep into the core of New Phyrexia. Now, he wanders in the darkness, seeking for a means to restore his humanity, as well as to excise the Phyrexians from what was once Mirrodin.
Slobad, Furnace Tinkerer UR
Legendary Creature - Goblin Artificer (R)
1, Sacrifice an artifact: Draw a card. UR, T, Discard an artifact card: Search your library for an artifact card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
1/3
Watermark: Phyrexian
Story: Slobad the goblin is dead. Or is he? Created by Jin-Gitaxias, this Slobad was presented to Glissa as a gift to manipulate her. Jin-Gitaxias claimed that what little was able to be recovered of Slobad had been kept in storage until he could be compleated, but Glissa did not buy it, and was left furious. Unfortunately, this Slobad, who barely has any organic bits left, is unaware of who he is. He has no memories of any past life, and he feels his tinkering abilities are not his own. Rejected by Glissa, he retreated towards Urabrask's territory, hoping to find a purpose for his existence.
At the beginning of each opponent’s upkeep, target creature that player controls gets -1/-1 until end of turn for each Equipment attached to Kemba, Corrupted Kha.
4/2
Watermark: Phyrexian
Story: Elesh Norn, despite her waning power, still delights in inflicting mental warfare against her foes. The remaining Leonin of Mirrodin have united behind Jor Kadeen, but the sight of their fallen Kha is enough to bring them to their knees, weeping from despair. Elesh Norn uses what remains of Kemba quite liberally in her quest to demoralize and devastate her foes.
Trample 3GU, Return an artifact you control to its owner’s hand: Put a +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control.
4/4
Watermark: Phyrexian
Story: With the Praetor's seemingly weakened, Ezuri has tapped into his leadership skills and essentially become the face of New Phyrexia. Now, he leads the largest Phyrexian fighting force on the plane, forgoing the desire to compleat the enemy in favor of constantly evolving his monstrous hordes. Though he continues to report to Jin-Gitaxias, it's no longer clear to the vast majority of Phyrexians what role the Preator even serves, and it's only a matter of time before his usefulness comes into question.
Glissa, the Fallen 2BBG
Legendary Creature - Zombie Elf (R)
First strike
When Glissa, the Fallen enters the battlefield, put the top four cards of your library into your graveyard, then return a permanent card from your graveyard to your hand.
At the beginning of each end step, if a creature an opponent controlled died this turn, you may return target permanent card from your graveyard to your hand.
4/3
Watermark: Phyrexian
Story: Glissa once had a promising future. First she was the savior of Mirrodin, and then later she was a powerful Phyrexian general. With Vorinclex weakened, Glissa finds most of her armies following a new leader, Ezuri. Now, Glissa aimlessly wanders in search of a new destiny, or perhaps just a quiet place to fade away.
Jor Kadeen, Unyielding 4RW
Legendary Creature - Human Warrior (R)
First strike, vigilance
Metalcraft — Other creatures you control have indestructible as long as control three or more artifacts.
5/4
Watermark: Mirran
Story: Jor Kadeen is the leader of the Mirran resistance. The war for Mirrodin has left him tired, but his resolve has never been stronger. Jor Kadeen's mere presence inspires hope in the resistance, and it's been said that when his armies fight alongside him, they seemingly draw from a well of endless energy and endurance. Jor Kadeen holds the distinction of being the only individual to face off against Ezuri and return unscathed.
My thoughts for possible next round of tinkering with these:
Melira has negative synergy with herself (i.e. once she's down, nothing is going to gain +1/+1 counters to interact with her first ability). Fix this.
Venser's ability would sit better with the Ertai, The Corrupted mana cost. Also it would be a nice flavour/story nod for those two cards to share the same cost. Maybe also add a difficult bounce clause (e.g. return to hand when a Praetor drops?).
Kemba seems significantly weaker than the "pure" version, as -1/-1 til EOT is a much cheaper effect than a 2/2 creature. Maybe bump cost up by 1-2 and make it "creatures that player controls"? Also don't see anything W about this mechanically.
Glissa, I like a lot.

Plot of Dragon's Maze:
Niv-Mizzet plays Realmwright, chooses "Gate". Then a dramatic retelling of the ensuing argument.
Permanents your opponents control can’t have counters placed on them.
Does this mean every planeswalker and Dark Depths enter the battlefield with no counters on them? If that's the case, the mana cost needs to be significantly increased.
EDIT: To make this feel more rebellious/red, maybe make the second ability: "Counters on creatures you control are +1/+1 counters instead of any other type."
EDIT EDIT: For some reason, I couldn't read the word "opponents" last night, so the Dark Depths is a moot point.
EDIT EDIT EDIT: Question: Will your set have Infect/ -1/-1 counters?
New Melira feels a little weird, flavour wise. In a set/plane with -1/-1 counters, she's saving Phyrexans from themselves? Even if you're not using -1/-1 counters, the throwback implications are just a little odd. I like Legend's idea that of changing the type of counter; it would neatly show her weaponising and advancing her immunity. And thankfully, you wouldn't have to worry about her being busted in Modern because Pod's dead.
The other cards are all excellent. The only other thing is maybe making Kemba a little more powerful (remove target maybe?) and adding Zombie to her type line to emphasise her fall to the Phyrexians?
EDIT EDIT EDIT: Question: Will your set have Infect/ -1/-1 counters?
No. +1/+1 counters and -1/-1 counters never show up in the same block. I've opted for the former to emphasize how different Ezuri's leadership is when compared to that of the Praetors.
Current Melira is OP, compare Sylvan Scrying.
Perhaps make it a 3/2.
If I dropped the sylvan scrying part entirely, would she be fair?
A little weak and a little boring.
I would add something else, maybe make it put the land on top of your library instead of in your hand?
