Hidden Game2G Sorcery (C)
Look at the top three cards of your library. Manifest one of those cards, then put the rest back on top of your library in any order. (To manifest a card, put it onto the field face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it’s a creature card.)
Scout the Trail2G Enchantment (U)
If you would manifest the top card of your library, instead look at the top two cards of your library and manifest one of them.
When CARDNAME enters the field, manifest the top card of your library. (Put it onto the field face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it’s a creature card.)

Trample
When CARDNAME enters the field, exile it and the top two cards of your library in a face-down pile, shuffle that pile, then manifest those cards. (To manifest a card, put it onto the field face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it’s a creature card.)

Soul Theft2B Sorcery (R)
Search target opponent’s library for a card and manifest it. Then that player shuffles his or her library. (To manifest a card, put it onto the field face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it’s a creature card.)
Three-Grave Monte2R Sorcery (U)
Exile target creature card and two target noncreature cards from a single graveyard in a face-down pile. Shuffle that pile, then manifest one of those cards chosen at random. (Put it onto the field face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it’s a creature card.)
So, manifesting Emrakul into Break open is going to be a thing right?
Hidden Game seems fine, while Scout the Trail seems too strong. Manifesting ALWAYS gets you a 2/2, with the added bonus of, maybe, being something else a bit later.
Charmed Trenoet: This is a mindgames card in a color that normally would not get such mechanics. I'm not sure if i like it or not, even if it was in a different color.
Soul Theft: This is strong. Maybe increase the cost by 1?
Three-Grave Monte: I like this because it's very much red, with manifest being a minor addition to this very red ability.

Artifact - Equipment (R)
Choose one - Equipped creature gets +4/+0; or Double Strike; or "When this creature deals combat damage to a creature, exile that creature"; or t, unattach ~ from this creature: ~ deals 5 damage to target creature." t: Equipped creature gains flying until end of turn.

I see Hidden Game and Scout the Trail as two versions of the same card. They probably wouldn't both be in the same set. Scout the Trail is meant to be a build-around uncommon. If you see it early in a draft, then it can push you to grab more manifest cards. As it is worded it wouldn't stack in multiples so it can only give you a little extra selection for manifesting the top card of your library. If it were still too good though, then it would be downgraded to the one-shot sorcery, which can dig one card deeper so is actually a little better on its own.
Yes Charmed Trenoet has some mind games, but is blue the only color allowed to be tricky? Green and white are the colors for getting a lot of creatures, and green is the color for big creatures. And while this does set up a strong combat trick, you do have to pay its mana cost twice to finally get it.
