Ever since it was announced that Khans of Tarkir would bring Morph back, I've been thinking about what new morph cards could do. Here is an uncommon cycle I designed:
Bearwrestler3G
Creature - Human Warrior (UC)
Morph 4G
When ~ is turned face up, it fights target creature an opponent controls. 3/4
Steadfast Shieldmate2W
Creature - Human Soldier (UC)
Morph 1W
When ~ is turned face up, both it and up to one other target creature gain indestructible
until end of turn. 2/2
Nimble Infiltrator2U
Creature - Human Rogue (UC)
Morph U
When ~ is turned face up, look at the top card of target player's library. You may choose to
put that card into that player's graveyard. Otherwise, that player draws a card. 1/3
Mindwrecker4B
Creature - Human Wizard (UC)
Morph 3B
When ~ is turned face up, target opponent discards two cards. 3/2
Flamecaller2R
Creature - Human Shaman (UC)
Morph 1R
When ~ is turned face up, add RRR to your mana pool. 2/1
Shieldmate and Flamecaller are (I believe) unique among morph cards in that there is never any reason not to cast them face down.
The infiltrator's ability is a poor design, because it reads like it does something cool involving choices, but in reality it plays as "When ~ is turned face up, draw a card". Consider that there is no incentive to target the opponent; you won't let them draw the card, and the expected value of the second card down is identical to that of the first. Once you target yourself, you might as well draw it; even if it's a card you don't want drawing it gets it out of the way just as well as putting it into your graveyard.
Mindwrecker is very playable instant speed discard for limited, which tends to be unfun because you can use it on the draw step.
I think the bearpuncher is cool though.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
Yeah, the white and red duders' mana costs need to come down by 1 each. The base creature has to be better than a 2/2 for 3 - this is an unspoken morph design rule, because a choice mechanic (in this case an alternate cost) feels bad when one choice is (*nearly) always worse.
I mean, it's not like Limited would suffer from an uncommon Glory Seeker and an uncommon Goblin Piker.
Bearwrestler is a neat use of higher power than toughness. Unfortunately - or awesomely - Bearpunch Guy is actually Surrak Dragonclaw, Khan of the Temur Frontier, so that art wouldn't go on a regular nonlegendary creature, it's presumably an instant or sorcery.

Interested in Custom Card Creation.
