Pretty weird...
They aren't creatures until they hatch, but the power and toughness are still printed on the card for convenience and to save a little space in the text box.

Krald Parasite B

At the beginning of your upkeep, put an incubation counter on enchanted creature. Then if the number of these counters is equal to or greater than its toughness, destroy it and Krald Parasite becomes a creature with power and toughness each equal to the number of incubation counters.
I don't think this can really be done the way you want it to be. Though you can still technically have the keyword abilities on the card without it breaking anything.
Also, if Kraid is supposed to be a creature type, then these should be "Tribal Enchantment — Kraid Aura" instead and have Enchant Creature. I think it would be better for bookeeping if the counters were put on the Kraids instead of the enchanted creature, this will also allow you to use another creature-based counter in your set like +1/+1 or -1/-1 counters as well.
For example, the first one you posted would be more correctly worded like this:
Kraid Hatchling 1B
Tribal Enchantment — Kraid Aura
Enchant Creature
Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, put an incubation counter on ~, then if the number of incubation counters on it are greater than or equal to enchanted creature's toughness, destroy that creature and ~ becomes a 1/1 creature and loses enchant creature.
I tried making a mockup of this in MSE and wow they are wordy. Kraid Hatchling is basically 7-8 lines depending on how you word it, and that's the simplest one. I've attached a few mockups just to give an idea of how they might look. This would definitely be cool as a 1-off card or maybe a vertical cycle, but so much space in invested in the ability I don't think it can sustain an entire mechanic.
I think the only way these will work is if they are transform cards, unfortunately. Neat idea though.

Making them DFCs pretty much eliminates all the problems I mentioned in my post, since the majority of the text will be on the front face, leaving the rear face for all the goodies. I also just realized that they're called "Kralds," not "Kraids." I think I have a little too much Metroid on the brain...
I think it would play and read a lot better if the Krald just hatches when the creature dies instead of doing the whole "counter" thing. You could have some Kralds put -1/-1 counters on the creature over time, or maybe some Kralds will help the creature (the Krald has flying and gives the enchanted creature flying). Things like that.
