Then you already have an infinite combo, which can just be a kill shot by its lonesome with Aetherwind Basker or something. If you're already looping two Thriving Turtles with Cloudstone Curio, Mycosynth Lattice, and Mana Echoes, adding a five-mana brick that does nothing without an external source of energy isn't exactly going to bust Legacy wide open.
Unyielding VilevineBG

Divine Thoughts1UU
Sorcery

Divine Thoughts - Wizards has made it difficult to give sorceries flash (as you can imagine).
Overall this feels bad. Why? Because 1UU Draw 2 cards at instant speed is probably fair to print. But they won't because they're afraid of blue control. This is a needlessly complex version of that card with a really bizarre ability word that's useless in everything from commander.

Lelrek's Command1GUB
Sorcery
Create three 1/1 green and black Plant Skeleton creature tokens with wither. Emboldened — As long as you control your commander, Lelrek's Command has flash.
I cannot stress how much Sorcery-> Instant is an incredibly uninteresting mechanic.
Less egregious is your plant skeleton tokens. Needlessly complex gibberish.
"Command" has an association with modal spells. This is not that.
Finally - it creates 3 tokens for 4 mana. Their witherness doesn't make them any less underwhelming. All it does it say "Our commander products this year put -1/-1 counters! Enjoy the smaller card pool we drew from."
Dog GoneB

Not great feedback. I can't help but notice that your feedback on people's cards is pretty lacking. Try getting involved a little bit instead of saying everything is "boring" or "unfun." We're making custom cards here Lightening up please! Thanks. (you don't have to love my designs, to be clear)

I've been designing cards for Commander and you've said a variation us this every time.
"Command" has an association with modal spells. This is not that.
This made me laugh and it's the second time you've said it. Stop saying it lol while it's technically true (there is an association) Command is not exclusive to modal spells. On top of all that, we get this:
Dog GoneB
Instant
Exile target hound or wolf.
Cycling - Bark three times.
Hound and Wold need to be capitalized. And Bark needs explained
Is there anything anyone could say about your card you'd be happy with? Other than "That's so interesting, elegant token design, and not egregious at all!"
How's about this for a commander card: Jayl the Strangler1B
Legendary Creature - Human Mercenary Spellshaper (R) 1B, discard a card, T: Target creature gets -3/-3 until end of turn.
Partner People are dying just to be close to her. If they only knew.
2/1
You'll note:
1) Flavor. This has some.
2) Creature types. Practical, descriptive, fun.
3) Ability. Useful in a variety of decks.
4) Keyword/mechanic. Commander-exclusive, opens up a variety of deck-building options.
Is this interesting enough? I don't know.
Is the ability too strong for commander? I don't know - if your commander has 3 toughness, it seems like it'd be unfun to play against.
Is she good enough in reanimator? There are better 2 drop discard outlets for sure.
But I do know this: Mercenary decks would run this.
Oh... and it's abilities have substantive flavor. Just who is the strangler's partner? Is she last gasping for money? The multiverse may never know.
My issue with Jayl is she doesn't at all feel legendary. The existing legendary Spellshapers cast gigantic spells that require two discarded cards. Jayl is just a utility removal creature that is legendary and has partner in order to be broken in Commander.
Enraged Mountain
1. I sincerely dislike the "when this land comes into play, pay cost or sacrifice it" effects like this. It doesn't feel very "landy".
2. You'll note Transguild Promenade comes into play tapped, so you don't have to wonder if you can tap the land to pay for it's cost - you can't. I know I can tap this land to pay for it's cost.
3. 2/2 seems quite small for a mountain. Maybe Enraged Ant Hill? Annoyed Gentle Slope?Peeved Rock in the Park?
4. pool is still changing something that doesn't need to be changed for no reason other than to require errata of reminder texton hundreds of cards ... maybe to benefit a dozen cards with specialized mana.
Entangled Forest
Land - Forst (T: Add G to your mana pool.)
This land enters the battlefield tapped.
When this land enters the battlefield, creatures with flying cannot attack next turn.
I'm all for more manlands. I think this needs menace and to come into play tapped.
Practice Guide2
Artifact (R)

I guess that, given the ruling this wording gives, it can tap for attack and, if dealing damage that way, it won't need to be tapped for the second part to work and in your next turn it's just a land. I dig it, alright.
I'll say it right here: I love monstrous, specially hydras. I'll go overboard with the former:
Shuul, the Aethereal Menace5GG

The combination of energy counters and monstrosity makes no flavor sense. I'm not sure the discard-for-energy thing makes sense, or is necessary, either. And putting a pump ability on a 6/4 for seven mana is very win-more. A 4/4 for 2GG that just said "Whenever a monstrous creature you control attacks alone, put a number of +1/+1 counters on that creature equal to its power" would be potentially interesting, although I'd be likely to make this a two- or three-colored creature with a couple other relevant abilities (reducing activated ability costs?) for Commander purposes.

At the beginning of each upkeep, if enchanted player didn't cast any spell last turn, put an apathy counter on Lethal Apathy. If you don't want to do anything, might as well do nothing at all.
This card adds mana as green, uses sacrifice to get that mana, something red and black do well, specially the latter, while the use of artifact AND their destruction for effects is something that fits the WUB shard of Esper. And it's not something you would use in turn 3 if you play WU, either, but something you would keep it for later. With blue control players, it's likely the mana crystals will wait until the time is due to cast Counterbalance or any other of those.
So, it's the kind of mana boost that WU would see some use for use... but BRG have WAY better options, specially the last two. Yes, WU don't usually have mana ramps, but they don't burn their mana as much as the rest of the colors.
I see the point to the card, but I agree with void: WU are not THAT desperate for mana ramp, lest by sacrifice.

Reveal the top X cards of your library, then play all lands revealed that way and return all other cards revealed this way to the top of the deck in random order.

The thing in the mana cost is because I'm undecided. the flavor text is kind of based on Zendikar, because why not.

Shuffle your library, then reveal cards from the top of it equal to the number of lands you control. Put all basic land cards from among them onto the battlefield tapped and the rest on top of your library in a random order.

The Instant part makes it tough. You can totally do it the way you already have it though Animist's Awakening

Enchantment
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, put a -1/-1 counter on it.
Embolden — As long as you control your commander, whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it dies, create a 1/1 black and green Plant Skeleton creature token with wither.
If you don't like the tokens it makes (looking at you hydra ) then evaluate the effect itself. Thanks
Note: No Mercy. This is not that, this is far, far worse - and needlessly complex.
When I first read your card, I thought it did something else (putting counters when they did damage to a creature you control...); and thought of this version:
Toxic CarapacesGB
Enchantment
When ~ enters the battlefield, or you play your commander, for each creature you control, you may put up to one -1/-1 counter on it.
Whenever a creature blocks or is blocked by a creature you control, move all -1/-1 counters from your creature to that creature.
