"Petals within petals within petals, tadpole. The truth lurks below an opulence of illusion."

Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.
I like the mechanic, but I think this card is a bit too strong for a 1 drop.
Turn 1 drop it and swing for 1.
Turn 2 drop two more Boros Recruiters and swing for 12.
Also flavor-wise it should probably be Goblin Soldier and not Warrior. Since the Boros are all about Soldiers, whereas the Gruul is the warrior guild more or less.
Covert Extraction2UBB
Enchantment
Whenever an opponent shuffles their library, exile the top card of their library. You may play cards exiled by ~.
I like Covert Extraction a lot. Maybe "You may play cards exiled by ~" instead so that you can play lands, and probably as a separate line of text.
It is, however, horrendously overcosted. I don't think :symu::symb: pushes it too far, even.
Array of Jellies :2mana::symu:
Creature - Jellyfish (U)
2/2
Array of Jellies doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
:symu:, :symtap:: Put a token that's a copy of Array of Jellies onto the battlefield.
1) Cost becomes 3UB, because asymmetrical colors suck.
2) Make it work on friendly libraries, too, not just enemy ones.
3) Exile the top card face-down, and of course include a "you may look at" clause.
4) Replace the adjective "covert" with something else, since UB always performs extraction covertly to begin with.
EDIT: Nath'd
Array of Jellies...so without help, it clones itself once? Ehhh. :/
As always, non-specialized blue token generation is lamesauce (leave that to green and white).

Mmm, it's kinda narrow, why don't slap it on a 2/2 or a 2/1 critter? The flavor is good, but it's very narrow unless the metagame has several legendary creatures running from here to there.
Silir of the Mausoleum(W/B)(W/B)
Creature (U)
Silir of the Mausoleum is all creature types (Even if it's not in the battlefield) (W/B): Put target creature card from a graveyard on the bottom of its owner's library. For it, all the graveyard is a work of art, from the tombstones, down to the corpses that rest there. (2/2)
Yeah, it's wistful thinking to make mercenaries work.
Um, I'm afraid the creature recycling ability may be a bit cheap, but then again, it's not quite Reito Lantern, so maybe ok. Still, 2mana per recycle?
I suddenly want to make cycles.

Seems pretty dang strong for any non-damage win condition decks running it as a well. For example, turbofog. Always something to consider. Also planeswalkers. Plus, its the sort of thing that dominates a ground game. If we are to have such a creature, it probably shouldn't have hexproof.
The vigilance / trample really make it into too simple to use a card. Just swing every turn blindly, and it evens out while giving you a blocker. Still, I always liked that sort of mechanic, fiery justice and burnwillows and all
anyways:
Mechanizer0
Artifact Enchantment - Aura (U)
Enchant Permanent
Enchanted Permanent is an Artifact in addition to its other types.
You should sort of avoid any win conditions that are completely uninteractive and give no fair chance to respond- all normal opposing players would have is instant speed removal, and it needs a templating tweak to make it work. One way you could fix that would be to make it a buff for those same black creatures, so that you have to swing your way through a combat step instead of instantly winning. Something like:
"Target black creature gets +25/+25, lifelink, trample and haste until end of turn if you control no other permanents and have no cards in hand."
Could make it "no other non-creature permanents", but it almost fits the barren glory theme better with a 1x limit
But I see it something like this:
Spite CircleBBB
Enchantment - (R)
Sacrifice another nontoken permanent or discard a card: Target player loses 2 life unless he or she sacrifices a permanent or discards a card. Any player may play this ability.
Forbidden Ritual in enchantment form, and publicly accessible? To start with, I'm of the persuasion that to cost a spell at BBB or BBBB is to troll a portion of your audience; rubbing in black mages' faces that Dark Ritual hasn't been Standard-legal in over a decade.
Moreover, though the enchantment is black, green mages stand to garner the most benefit from it.

Nice accel card, it works like a better Urza's Filter, but what does it have to do with skunks?
Chaosbound Fury(B/R)(B/R)
Enchantment - Aura (U)
Enchant creature.
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from white. Her muscles twitched, her skin blushed, and then the succubuss lunged at her prey, aiming straight to its heart. The thrill of the moment was more tasty than almost any other pleasure she had experienced before.
Hm.... should be ok. If pro white turns out to be too strong, one extra cost should do it.

I dig it, 5 mana for 2 creatures. Nice card, first pick in limited material, but still nicely balanced. Also gets around hexproofer and indestructibles, so long as they aren't swarming the field with creatures.
Voidstone Hedron7
Artifact - (M)
All other tapped permanents lose all abilities. "Capable of rendering even the most potent magic inert, the voidstones proved to be the only prisons capable holding the Eldrazi"
I'm inclined to cost this guy 6cc 2/4, seeing that the blink effect it gives is pretty absurd, even if symmetrical.

This creature suffers from four left feet. Its islandwalk would suggest an offensive purpose, but the second ability applies on defense. Also, it counts Islands, and pushing mono-color in the modern era is a dubious idea at best.
It's a fair removal spell, unsummon and innocent blood all in one card. Although I'd rather make it an OR effect and turn the unsummon portion into a Disperse.
Sabotage 1U
Instant
Counter target activated ability. If that ability belonged to a permanent, destroy that permanent. (Mana abilities can't be targetted)
Feels like it really wants to be another color besides blue. Blue doesn't destroy things outright. The name and flavor feel blue/red, but destroying creatures is mainly black and non-creature permanents is primarily green.
Perhaps 1(R/G)U or 1(B/G)U for the cost?

..... 2 mana is better for this since this is a lot more powerful than most ritual effects. This works both as hyper mana accel (Tron) or absurdly good mana fixing.
