It's an interesting card, I guess, but it's not good. I think the mana cost (of her or her ability) should be reduced. If you keep her mana cost at 3 you should increase her stats to 3/3 or 3/2. How about making her 1G instead? She would fit well into big-dude decks, quick enough to give them the tempo to fight faster creature decks and slip under countermagic. It depends on if you want to force control decks to run cheap creature kill (I.E. Terror, Shock) to be able to cope with facing Ippy on the draw (though Wrath of God might suffice by killing Ippy and whatever monstrosity she's dug up).

I know there wouldn't be enough room on the card for the flavor text I shamelessly stole from nobody in particular, but indulge me. The flavor text might be more interesting if you remove the second line anyway.
I think this provides a good alternate to Wrath of God. The fifth mana is rewarded by an ability which would cover your arse from not having back-up creature removal in hand without making said removal irrelevant. This card would be best placed in an environment with good burn spells and/or good combo deck available, which would require control decks to run answers to non-creature threats, which is necessary for this card not to be redundant. Control decks may be too powerful against creatures with both All Things and ***, though.
All Things Devours - I think that you can change the wording to, "When ~ comes into play, each player sacrifices all creatures they control.
Other than that, I think its decent, I dont know about the cost, although I think its fine with being legendary.

i agree with dawnseeker on merrow tutor... except the kicker would be best cost as :1mana::symb:. this makes it more in line with diobalic tutuor and beseech the queen's costs.
@ dawnseeker: i really like it, i could see a cycle of it too (one for each color) my only suggestion would be to add reminder text saying that it doesn't count as playing a land or some such.
I have an weird compulsion for decks based around odd creature types (bears, weird, minitour) and one of the most populous yet hardest to build around has to be apes... i though they could use a lord:

i doubt it'd ever make print, but i just took all my favorite apes, looked at what they liked to do( gorilla shaman), needed to survive (gorilla titan), and/or what colors they needed to their best (kird ape) and built a fuzzy brick house around it. reach is more for flavor (king kong was big enough to swat at airplanes) than anything, and his unusually small size is related to a scientific factiod (comparitive to size gorilla's have the smallest male genitals of all primates), the fact that he's designed for casual play were he can get huge, and his own ability can grow him to enormous porportions kinda quick.

I like it. I mean just because "playing a land" doesn't use the stack it doesn't mean you can't put lands into play other ways (even if they're on the land themselves)
It makes more sense in green but I could see this in white too. A way to accelerate a little. Honestly it'd be awesome if you could reduce the cost to W and have a "Play this ability only if you controll less lands than each opponent and only any time you could play a sorcery." So it'd feel more white and be cheaper!
King Qwong - You said it was designed for the casual room, so it's probably fine for 7 mana. However, the artifact/nonbasic land hate doesn't seem to fit the casual room environment. It's probably fine for this card, though.

Ehh...it seems very weak. 6 mana for a 2/6? It's better coming back as the 2/2 over and over for free, since I'm pretty sure that when something leaves play it reverts to "normal", so this becomes face up no matter what when it leaves play, as long as it isn't in your hand. (Run on sentence ftl!)

maybe a sensationalist? trendy? the card's interesting. Really punishes blue but it has to get into play first which may be the difficult part at that cost. After a while Blue's going to run out of lands to put into play. I'm assuming they'd play Teferi first, some lands/manafacts or broken artifacts and then just control the game from then on out. How do you plan to control the game with this card I guess is the best question since every deck plays permanent cards?

So, if played in a Dimir aggro, this turns your every other UB creature into a Dimir Cutpurse, although in mirror match, this can hurt you too. And if you manage to get several of this out at the same time, well, you're happy
i would change unblockable for shroud and defender. the 3/3 size is a great fit too: not too big to miss the worst sweep damage but not so little as to be useless... and than you can make it say "whenever a..." instead of "whenever another...."
My favorite shard is probably esper, but grixis is so close it may as well be a tie. Also i really want more artifact creature zombies (they make me think of my greatest fear in life (i'm not kidding either; i've had vivid nightmares about this); the borg.)

I said a double shatter because of the way you made the black trigger. If it triggers on black spell and still deals 4 damage that's roughly the cost of it already. (depending on the set of course sometimes you need to sacrifice a permanent to deal so much damage) You could destroy two artifacts at 1R but that'd be more like Echoing Ruin or Rack and Ruin. So I guess if you can deal 4 damage at sorcery speed for 1R mana I'd try to find a red effect that bleeds into green but works at 1R. If you're trying to get a bigger benefit by playing the second color (which you should because it essentially costs 1R extra) I'd make the creature damage 5 and yeah destroying a land could work too. I like the idea of a situational "Seal". Very cool design imo.

Queen: With cards like this I always have trouble wording the "Drawback" Basically it's a Stupor OR a creature so it's an effective punishment card. If you're doing your job then they should have no hand anyways. I almost wish it was a knight for some Haakon shenanigans
Queen of Nothingness looks quite good. It's either a Stupor or a 4/5 with fear for 3, which I think is too good; 4/3 is probably better. Also, The ability can be made into an activated ability: "Discard a card, discard a card at random: Counter ~. Any player may play this ability as long as ~ is on the stack."

Hill of Fedia is an instant four of in all burn decks. Burn decks typically go fast enough that the damage won't matter. That's why barbarian ring is so good. Speaking of which, your card is a lot like barbarian ring. Maybe add a condition for the sacrifice ability, but otherwise it is fine. It probably should also tap to sacrifice.
This card might be pushing it, but it didn't seem good enough at four because of Soul Feast.

I like it. I mean just because "playing a land" doesn't use the stack it doesn't mean you can't put lands into play other ways (even if they're on the land themselves)
It makes more sense in green but I could see this in white too. A way to accelerate a little. Honestly it'd be awesome if you could reduce the cost to W and have a "Play this ability only if you controll less lands than each opponent and only any time you could play a sorcery." So it'd feel more white and be cheaper!

Ehh...it seems very weak. 6 mana for a 2/6? It's better coming back as the 2/2 over and over for free, since I'm pretty sure that when something leaves play it reverts to "normal", so this becomes face up no matter what when it leaves play, as long as it isn't in your hand. (Run on sentence ftl!)

So, if played in a Dimir aggro, this turns your every other UB creature into a Dimir Cutpurse, although in mirror match, this can hurt you too. And if you manage to get several of this out at the same time, well, you're happy
My favorite shard is probably esper, but grixis is so close it may as well be a tie. Also i really want more artifact creature zombies (they make me think of my greatest fear in life (i'm not kidding either; i've had vivid nightmares about this); the borg.)

For my Ruby Fragment, I edited my post as you were writing. Would "Destroy target land" be balanced? There are barely any artifacts the set this comes from. Another thing I'm thinking about is "Turn target face-down creature face-up." (Morph is a key mechanic in the set.)

I said a double shatter because of the way you made the black trigger. If it triggers on black spell and still deals 4 damage that's roughly the cost of it already. (depending on the set of course sometimes you need to sacrifice a permanent to deal so much damage) You could destroy two artifacts at 1R but that'd be more like Echoing Ruin or Rack and Ruin. So I guess if you can deal 4 damage at sorcery speed for 1R mana I'd try to find a red effect that bleeds into green but works at 1R. If you're trying to get a bigger benefit by playing the second color (which you should because it essentially costs 1R extra) I'd make the creature damage 5 and yeah destroying a land could work too. I like the idea of a situational "Seal". Very cool design imo.
On a second thought, if we can do a Scry 2 at instant speed over and over, this could be a cool card

Basically it's supposed to look good and then get you really frustrated that if you play it it never goes away. Wanted to make people think.
Queen: With cards like this I always have trouble wording the "Drawback" Basically it's a Stupor OR a creature so it's an effective punishment card. If you're doing your job then they should have no hand anyways. I almost wish it was a knight for some Haakon shenanigans
