Technically this looks good - but the awkwardness of the wording is troublesome. This is one of those mechanics that would be best if keyworded.
Here's a variant: Trample Guy5G
Creature - Wurm
Affinity for creatures your opponent controls.
Trample
4/4
Affinity for non-0 casting cost spells has usually been okay, and you can't control what your opponent's have. This punishes swarm decks, giving you a 6/6 for 5 if your opponent has one creature, but facing down 3 creatures against a go-wide, this would be a 6/6 for 3, which is quite amazing.
Song of Fire and Ice1UR
Enchantment (U)
Whenever you play a red spell, this deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
Whenever you play a blue spell, you may tap target creature.
This is probably okay. I'm not sure why it gets +1/+1 for every extra creature being blocked though -- that's kinda redundant with deathtouch. 3 mans feels fair for this effect, and it's definitely G/B.
I think making it 6 mana would make this unplayable, but is this better?
name2UR
Creature - Wizard Sorcerer
Prowess
Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may draw cards equal to its power. If so, discard cards equal to its toughness.
3/2
It's one more mana and doesn't trigger off itself.
Infinite damage seems a bit too strong, even if it costs 2 mana.
Given this is often going to be 10-20 damage even outside of infinite combos, it's too strong.
UnCycle the Dead3BB
Sorcery
Return target creature card in your graveyard with cycling to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. It is a black zombie in addition to its other colors and types.
Cycling 2B
When you cycle this, you may return target creature card in your graveyard with cycling to your hand.
Well, its specificness makes it sort of fine, and the Cycling effect is nice too. I guess I won't complain too much about this guy; Vigor Mortis in monocolor but narrower, but ok.

Blessing Of Rot2BG
Enchantment (R)
Each creature you control with a -1/-1 counter on it has menace.
Each creature you control with two or more -1/-1 counters on it has deathtouch.
Each creature you control with three or more -1/-1 counters on it has hexproof and indestructible. Filth is as effective a way to deter enemies as shields and swords.
AethershockRR
Instant
Aethershock deals 2 damage to target creature or player for each spell or ability on the stack.
Even if this was only for the spell, it's overpowered. It will go infinite so often that people will know it as a finisher in combo decks. But in burn, a 2 drop spell that does 2 damage might be pretty bad - but you'll be able to wait for your opponent to play a spell, then play a bolt and this and get 4 off pretty easy. A reliable 4 for RR is pretty good. And then there's the fact you could chain your non-mana activated abilities, which is obscene.
Brain Slug3U
Instant
Create a 0/0 black germ token and attach target creature to it. That creature cannot attack or block or use activated abilities as long as it is attached to that germ. The germ gets +X/+Y where X equals that creature's power and Y equals its toughness. And it has all abilities of the attached creature.
Brain Slug is like Mind Control, and it scares me. That it doesn't fully steal triggered ability is of little detriment for this card; It's still 4-mana creature steal for the most part.

Egregorythos Saldavaronis, Angel Of Clock6
Legendary Artifact Creature - Angel (M)
Flying, vigilance
Vanishing 6
Whenever a player casts a spell, remove a time counter from Egregorythos Saldavaronis, Angel Of Clock.
If Egregorythos Saldavaronis would leave the battlefield without a time counter on it, instead shuffle it into its owner's library. When you shuffle it this way, you take an extra turn after this one.
6/6
Would've wanted to base him on number 12, but that would make it too cumbersome (Vanishing 12?!? 12/12 flying vigilance??), so I decide to go half-route. Hey. 6+6 is 12, right?
Isolation PriestW
Creature - Cleric t: Pool W. Spend this mana only to cast white spells.
1/1
I suppose all non-non Human creatures are defaulty human unless stated otherwise in your world of pooling mana. Then again, you immediately use the space gained from "add [x] to your mana [pool]" with a drawback. But all this does is highlight the fact that text creep is a real thing.
Contemporary magic cards have more text on them. And text has been keyworded to save lots of space. And new non-keywordable text has been added, with keywords effectively counting as "no text" on any card unless you've got 2 or more. But for new players, keywords ARE TEXT.
And then there's ability words - keywords that cannot keyword the abilities because the abilities are complex, but wizards still knew they had to put a red flag on them or people wouldn't know that they're related.
Complexity creep is bad for the game. You've saved 4 words and immediately added 8. And they're not even good/fun/useful 8 words - they're a drawback because you know your card is too strong.
Even if this wasn't templated as such, white shouldn't get one drop mana acceleration - even colorist mana acceleration. And it certainly shouldn't get it when green doesn't have it.
Now consider this: Pyrewood ElfG
Creature - Elf Scout (U)
Haste T: Add G or R to your mana pool. This deals 3 damage to you.
1/1
In standard this might be too good, but I'd still need to playtest. Overall, it's probably good in glipsecombo elves just because.
Shouldn't get it when green doesn't get it in standard.
Re: My elf: If this was the standard I'd want, it'd tap for maybe 2 life. But Wizards tells us 1 drop mana guys are too strong for the format they're interested in, so I thought 3/bolt to the face was fair. I have my doubts, but I'm willing to play their game.
Let's face it, this could tap to deal 5 and it'd still be 4x per legacy elf combo.
Goblinpox Charger:
1. I wish there was a keyword (I know why they don't do it, but if it's not fun keyworded, it's not fun NOT keyworded wizards!).
2. This is fair and balanced.
3. That said, unless the set is relatively text-light I think I'd rather just reprint Raging Goblin at common. Give players less to read in draft.
Elemental Desert
Land Creature - Desert Elemental (U) T: Add C to your mana pool.
~ is not a creature unless a creature attacked you this turn.

Thanks for the input, yeah I wanted to put Teeka's Refoged at costing cost of 7 colorless but the original card I based it off of Teeka's Dragon has casting cost of 9 and it's no where near as good as Teeka's Reforged and it's still banned in modern. I would say for casting cost of 7 it would be a really solid card. Haha thanks yeah, I would die for a card like Dragon of the Void to be real, I would use it as my commander all the time. Yeah you right would be pretty nasty with Kaalia of the Vast but so is ur dragon and other really good dragons.
Harsh Sands, I really like it, would be really awesome against indestructible. I think it would be possibly better 1 black 1 red deals 3 damage to target creature or player. Also gives me an idea about some damage spells with infect, would be interesting.
Harsh Sands probably will be printed costing 4 seeing that it can aim at the face, but I may be wrong. Certainly something I'd live to see in the actual game.
How about a nigh-useless card?
Dismissive SummonsB
Sorcery (U)
Create three black 0/1 Serf creature tokens that enter the battlefield tapped. Exile those tokens at the beginning of the next end step. "Don't they all say having lots of servants is proof that you're prominent?"
I'd be happier if Harsh sands costed 1RR. Other than that it seems fine.
Centerus the World Tree
Legendary Creature Land - Treefolk Forest(R) (T: Add G to your mana pool.)
Reach Slumber - Centerus is not a creature unless you control at least three more lands than all other players.
4/7
Centerus the world tree
I think slumber, I think Slumber could limited to ~is not a creature unless you control X lands, X forests. I wouldn't limited to having more lands then another player, But otherwise I really like the card.
Firestoker Golem - 12
Enchantment Artifact Creature - Golem
~ cost is reduced by 1 for each R in your mana pool.
~ Enters the battlefield with a flame counter on it for each mana the cost was reduced by.
Trample, Haste
~ base power and toughness is equal to the number of flame conters on it.
Remove a flame counter: ~ deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
Okay, I'm a bit confused, so lemme see: It's 12CC, but if you pay with red mana, that mana is actually returned, meaning if you play only mountains, it's free as long as you have 12, unless you can't use that mana, which means it will empty. And depending on the red mana used, it will enter with technically a +1/+1 and self-destroying burn? I think it's too much, even if it kills itself after the last shot. Remove the mana bounce, however, and you have a good card, heavy hitter that burns itself out.
Deathborn ShadowsUUBB Sorcery
Target creature you control gains frenzy X (Whenever this creature attacks and isn’t blocked, it gets +X/+0 until end of turn.), where X is the amount of creatures in your graveyard, until end of turn.
Cipher (After you cast this spell, you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)

Let's get Random! Forum Set Make! (W/B)(U/R)(B/G)(R/W)(G/U)Mornad Broken (Active)(W/B)(U/R)(B/G)(R/W)(G/U)
That is a pretty poor card to give cipher to, considering that frenzy is irrelevant after cipher triggers, so essentially the only situation this works in is with extra combat phases.
This could cost B and still be rather poor, considering Wreath of Geists.
The frenzy doesn't go away (but the X changes) so all the worse for complex board states.
Shun1R
Sorcery (R)
Target opponent searches his or her library for a creature card and puts it onto the battlefield under your control, then shuffles his or her library. Unless a creature is put onto the battlefield in this way, choose a creature that player controls and gain control of it. Nobody likes me, everybody hates me, guess I'll give them wurms.
The frenzy does go away, though; there's an "until end of turn" clause in there.
Shun is pretty swingy: To be good it requires the targeted opponent to have relatively high-value creatures on the battlefield and have only high-value creatures left in library, which means basically... it's anti-midrange? It can also turn wins into auto-losses for relatively "pure" control decks that have their finisher out already.
Donk probably needs to be at least uncommon; Kiku's Shadow is not a great card, but splashable instant-speed two-mana removal that gets almost anything is Limited-defining.
See, Terror is fairly restricted in what it can hit and the others are at least three mana. That's the sticking point. Cheap common premium removal does an unfun Limited make, but at slightly higher mana costs it's unproblematic.
Terror is a blank check against any non-black deck. So it's 100% effective against probably 4-6 people at the table, and 50% against the rest. I guess Donk might hit 50% of the field as is, depending on designers, so I suppose I could see it at 2B, but as you say I'd rather see it at uncommon.
I'll remind you Pacifism has seen a similar print-run and is not even considered all that good removal in constructed. (I guess I could make Donk sorcery too... then it'd be practically a pacifism...).
