I like it. It's a short and sweet effect which isn't too broken because it's a sorcery.

EDIT: Got sniped by magac. Consuming Embers feels super strategic and calculated, which feels distinctly blue (maybe make the suspend cost RU?) I really like the design of this.

The first two to climb Mount Everest. I wanted to make a double sided card but then I realized that double-sided cards don't behave the same as this format. Comments? I have no idea how strong or weak this is.

Symbiosis feels rather tacked on, but otherwise the cat itself is pretty strong. 2/2 stat for 3 may seen so and so, but the fact that it takes after your other creatures' abilities can be useful in some cases.

That said, once you do get the two out you're almost garunteed the win, because sacrificing is part of they cost (may need an "if you do") and thus can't be interrupted, and Unstoppable Duo is a hexproof 7 damage (at least) each turn, and with Lifelink that's a 14 point swing!

I should have done that to begin with, but the thing is when you bring cards from outside the game it often reveals to your opponent what you're running and what type of playstyle they should expect. I changed it right now but I wish there was a way to hide the cards. Perhaps a double sided card where the card flips to make one giant card?

As for Violent Ragebeast, I'm a sucker for Suspend because it allows for some much more strategy. I feel this card is a bit vanilla, as a 5/5 with trample on turn 6 isn't too crazy.

The contrast of color and usage to this and Doran is really nice. The only consideration might be to lower its toughness as 7 is pretty high for 3cmc with other additional effects.

Too good to be true.

The idea here is to use red damage spells, creatures that hurt you when they attack, and painlands to control your life total. These numbers feel wildly off to me, so I would like to hear some suggestions.

Even considering the pain, 5 life per turn is still quite a lot. Things like Griselbrand can easily negate the drawback altogether while you keep getting massive life boost on top of it.

So either a 10/10 for 8 mana that turns your life total to 10, or a 5/5 for 3 mana that turns your life total to 5. I know, broken with Children of Korlis (and blinkers), but what say you?

Bloodbound Juvenator- Quite inovative i have to admit. Judging from the flavor i would argue this being WB though. The card itself is fine, but in combination with older forgotten cards it could easily turn out as a disaster. Works in Standard, either trush (burn is a thing) or broken combo in eternal formats. Good job nevertheless.

I think the Suspend number and cost in Grand Summoning can very quickly become broken granted the last clause, especially in multiplayer. The non-suspend cost and suspend cost also feels wildly different. The idea is fine, but a few costs I think need reworking.

Wilbut is insane; It's a one-sided mini Show And Tell, which is pretty absurd when you start dropping some colossus on turn 4. Please redo. Orvile is also strong, but probably don't need too much cost increase. Their combined form is fine as far as I can think of once you adjust the costs for both (cost up, for sure).

Hmmmm... I think this is fine, but I may be wrong. But I think in the end this looks ok, I mean, we have those Diabolic Edict and To The Slaughter which are pretty cheap for the effect, and this guy might end up being underpowered actually, unless you play with Eldrazi Scions.

The card is very elegant in the terms that it can do all it wants by itself, but I think the 13 life cost is a bit too hefty. Yes there are a bunch of lifelink vampires to help you nullify the effect, but assuming you're trying to get the sacrifice clause you won't be using these lifelinkers very much. You would rather tutor these creatures than use this card for the search effect.

Too underwhelming?

Since energy is not mana, I think the shepherd should be templated to cost 1B and have a line that says "as an additional cost to cast ~, pay E."

About the card itself, I think you could have the tap ability grant +1/+1 instead of +0/+1. With +0/+1, this incentivizes a defensive strategy, but human tribals tend to be aggressive decks. If you are tapping a human (i.e. not attacking with it, except for vigilance creatures) then you should make up the lost damage by giving extra power to the vampire.

Next, I wonder if a removal/counterspell card could exist without being overpowered. This particular version makes you pay 2 life + imposes a color restriction to balance the fact that the spell is modal, so I think it should be ok. Costing 3 mana also makes this modern-safe. Thoughts?

Hmmmm..... the loss of tempo for card does mean this card is probably unusable early game, but after that, the potential of infinite landfall lategame may be too much for a measly 2 mana. Put it at 4 mana to play it safe.

Way too powerful in my opinion. If you give this guy something as simple as flying with Aerial Maneuver,Jump, or some other effect you could potentially cast any creature you want onto the battlefield, granted you can find it. The 4/5 for 4cmc is not too shabby either.

This is quite a smooth and effective card, especially compared to standard draw spells like Divination. Make it rare and I think you'll be fine.
