This card is very interesting in the fact that it rewards you for buffing this creature. Colorwise it could be a bit confusing; sorcery/instant spamming is generally reserved for red/blue, but the fact that this acts like a commander (this card would be fun to see in Commander ) makes it more red/white. Overall I like it.
The Golden Ratio would be amazing in MTG, I heartily agree.

Re: color identity of my card. I did think about making it part-U, but a friend said that it worked fine as RW. Incidentally, one of the reasons it's in those colors is that the effect also covers Auras, which are definitely a White thing.
Anyway, your card. Might have to write Wither out if it's not a mechanic in the block you put it in. Love the idea, even if WotC would never want to print it, haha. Might actually work fine as Mono-B for the record. Wuld definitely shave off a mana or two on both the mana and equip costs.

Given how costly it is to make rainbow mana, the pay 1 life part of the C is very much not justified. Otherwise, fine land.

I wasn't sure about the concept but then I reread it and bow it seems quite reasonable. A Spirit and a Human melding into a haunted legend seems pretty in line with Meld's flavor. I'd make both cards Legendary, personally, and cut dowm the MCs of both cards.
Also, really, the result needs a lot more value for that cost of activating Meld. Reduce the cost a bit, bump up stats a bit.
Fun concept but... yeah, push them!
So, meld...

Land

: Add four mana in any combination of colors to your mana pool.
The Artifact is too strong at 2 mana. Sure, the land enters tapped, but that means you have 4 lands out on turn 3, and the numbers can easily keep growing. Plus, you never mentioned what lands you can play; if you are forced to play your shocklands tapped anyway, then you have no need to consider paying life, no? Not to mention all those nonbasic lands that enters tapped anyway. Otherwise, the Melded land is fine as is.
Inspired by my silly prerelease, where I had a 5/5 creature that still managed to Skulk in (because the only creature my opponent had was a 6/6)

Reflection of Identity seems really weird, and I'm not sure if it would be any good outside a dedicated Superfriends deck, but I think it works mechanically. (Would the art just be a full-length mirror in a Planeswalker frame?)
Squall Drake2UG

Flying
When Squall Drake enters the battlefield, you may have it fight target creature with flying.

I don't know if this is legal or not, but the concept seems fine. Maybe an artifact using charge/loyalty counters? A reflection is a very weird thing to be a planeswalker.

Using magac's old ability from a few pages back. Comments?
Not really seeing the blue in this card, and not really seeing the black either, except for the Demon type--flying is white, "rule-setting" is white, and exiling creatures that have dealt damage is white, though maybe a bit of a stretch.
Firebreath PotionR
Enchantment - Potion Aura (C)
Brew R(If this card is cast for its Brew cost, it's a non-Aura enchantment with "Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, you may have Firebreath Potion become an Aura with enchant creature and attach Firebreath Potion to that creature.") R: Enchanted creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn.
A bit underwhelming for the mana cost. It is harder to remove the tapped condition, but with the likes of sacrificing or destroying it's easier than seems. I would lower the activation cost a few mana, maybe 1 or 2.
Tamed Growth3GGG
Enchantment - {R}
Creatures can't gain +1/+1 counters.
If an effect would grant a creature a higher power or toughness than its base power or toughness, destroy that creature.
I imagine this in a deck where there are already many 6/6-9/9 creatures, so cards like Giant Growth aren't necessary to make a threat on the board. Should this be Mythic Rare instead?
Should be black/blue, given what it does and the name. Green doesn't get stuff like that card.

Hmmm... about Perch... I know that combo sometimes doesn't mind to debilitate itself to get the right pieces, but given that his normal draw ability reduces your hand, and his draw replacement doesn't net you card gain, I am wondering as to how this card can be used at all. His basic stat is also too dismal, especially that he doesn't enable Madness, reanimation etc, so why? This card feels like you're trying too hard to make him not-busted, but ends up with something so subpar that no one wants to play with.
A bit inspired by a card from another card game.
Arrania, Matriarch Of Webs4GG
Legendary Creature - Spider Horror (M)
Trample, reach
Whenever Arrania, Matriarch of Webs or another Spider you control deals combat damage to a creature, put a web counter on that creature.
Each creature an opponent controls with a web counter on it has defender and must block Arrania if able, and Arrania deals damage to that creature as though Arrania had deathtouch.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls with a web counter on it dies, put a 1/2 green Spider token with reach onto the battlefield.
3/5
I love Arrania. Sure, she may suffer from small text syndrome, but the flavor is spot on. I think that the mana cost should be raised or at least tweaked a little, as its abilities synergize a bit too well, but besides that, this is a fantastic card.
Sacred Memorial3WB
Artifact 4t: Tap all creatures. They don't untap during their controller's next untap step. Put charge counters on Sacred Memorial equal to the number of creatures tapped this way.
Remove X charge counters from Sacred Memorial: Sacred Memoral becomes an X/X creature with lifelink and deathtouch until end of turn. It draws its power from those who pay their respects.
I would remove that second ability. If your running monocolored, it's an assured land every turn for a pitiful amount of mana in green. If your running multicolored, it stops not having enough of any one color. Plus library thinning for when you're at the point in the game where another land is a dead draw
Perch's Spellbook6
Legendary Artifact(M)
Whenever Perch's Spellbook enters the battlefield, exile your hand face down and draw three cards 2:Until end of turn, you may cast target spell exiled with Perch's Spellbook. If you do, place a usage counter on Perch's Spellbook. This ability costs 2 more to activate for each usage counter on Perch's Spellbook
"Ah, this old thing. It was just about to fall apart back then, I don't think it's in better shape now."
-Perch, Hero-Wizard
You mean, choose a card exiled by this spellbook and you may cast it this turn? Well, anyway, seems interesting. A bit expensive, but in a pinch this is a 6-mana 3 card draw in any color, so I think it's ok. The ability to have a (relatively untouched) spare cards in 'hand' is a bonus.

So yeah, in a sense you can't cast this before declare damage step as the creatures would have dealt 0 damage each, so they won't fight. Once they smack someone though (you, maybe), you can use this to eat at least one of them, if not both in case they have low toughness. Comments?
That's probably a bit too much text to fit on a single card. I'd bump it up to 3BB, possibly, and drop that last ability. I don't know, I wish I had more to say. Maybe I can encourage the next poster to offer more insight.

Liliana Unchained2BB
Planeswalker - Liliana (MR) {0}: put a 2/2 blakc Zombie creature token onto the battlefield, then put a number of loyalty counters on Liliana equal to the number of Zombies you control.
{-x}: Return target creature from a creaveyard to the battlefield. IT's a black Zombie instead of ite normal type and color.

{-12}: Return all creatures from all graveyards to the battlefield under thier owner's control. Those creatures gain haste and are Zombies. At the baeginning of each end step, exile all creatures returned this way.
{3}
What a beautiful start. Very creative. I've noticed that recently the color pie "bleeding" has been so prolific, lots of new cards have lost their identity and as a result a key concept of the game has been abandoned. If i may, some alterations to your Liliana to follow what I consider should be canon to the black color pie.

{-x}: Each player discards X cards and gains X life.
{-13}: Each Zombie you control deals damage equal to their power to each player. Until the end of combat on your next turn, if you would lose the game you don't.

Quicken is a fine mechanic, and I suppose considering things like Ghitu Fire, it's a good one. The cards themselves are fine, but for the lion I think the Quicken cost can be reduced to 2, and Springtrap Rebel is just fabulous.
As for this Liliana....The first ability alone may warrant 4 casting cost seeing that like Gideon, Champion of Justice (whatever that Gatecrash Giddy does) can do roughly the same. Second ability is... ok, maybe too overpowered though; -4 or -5 may be in order. Other abilities should be fine.

Green Evermind (no mana cost)
(Color identifier: green) Instant
Draw a card.
Splice onto Sorcery - Tap three untapped creatures you control.
Green is definitely secondary in card draw, and definitely when its creaturebased. In terms of color pie, your card is more green than evermind is blue. Now I would much prefer your open-ended "Splice onto Sorcery" or even "Splice onto Instant or Sorcery" rather than the failure that was kamigawa's parasitism. So the question is, is it balanced? Its a real card draw engine, but pretty restrictive in its clauses. You'd need a deck full of sorceries and/or recursion, plus creature tokens, to get value out of it. Now as it happens, balancewise theres already a pretty close parallel in symbiotic deployment. That had 2 creature + 1 mana = draw, but at the expense of missing your turn draw- less restrictive but harsh drawback. Especially since it turned getting wrath'd into getting locked out. This seems like a better reimagining of what symploy. was trying to achieve
