For each color, search your library for a legendary card of that color, reveal it, and put it into your hand.
The wording is rather different, but it's basically a conflux for legends only

Abilities exist independently of their source. It's like shooting a guy after he throws a grenade. The grenade is still coming. But if you remove the target, the ability is countered upon resolution. It's like a grenade, if the guy you threw your grenade at disappears, it won't explo.... wait what?

I was just looking through some older cards and I found this card that I think must have been circa Kavu Predator:
Primal Kavu1GG
Creature -- Kavu (U)
Whenever you draw a card, you may put a +1/+1 counter on Primal Kavu. 1G, Remove a +1/+1 counter from Primal Kavu: Primal Kavu gains trample and shroud until end of turn.

Here is a link to my card Epitome of Permanence, which I submitted to the DCC in 2006.
Epitome of Permenance WWWUUU
Legendary Creature- Avatar
Vigilance
Protection from everything (This creature can't be the target of spells or abilities, is unblockable, and can't be enchanted or equipped, and prevent all damage that would be dealt to this creature.)
3/3 Forever stoic, standing tall and strong against the sky, it has no name and no history nor will it have a future. It simply exists in the present as a warning to all those who might try to change its world.
Not quite Progenitus but close. In retrospect, it probably should have been a 4/4 to make it a reasonable clock.
This card copies my entire Reverberate mechanic. It's a mechanic that did exactly the same thing, only locked on to specific spells. It also worked for permanents, particularly creatures, putting token copies of them into play under the opponent's control.
Oh brother, have I got a bunch of new ones these days! I discovered a bunch more after taking a trip through my card file and changing all the RFG wording into Exile (I'm leaving "in play" though, cause battlefield sucks massive.)
Let's see what I've got!
Shield of FaithWWW
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant permanent
Enchanted permanent is indestructible.
Why hello there, Indestructibility! Nicxe of you to join me a year after the fact.
Soulswipe: Exactly the same as Gather Specimens, only 3UU and not 3UUU. Otherwise, word for word.
1G: Beastkin Channeler becomes a 2/2 green Bear creature until end of turn. 2GG: Beastkin Channeler becomes a 4/4 green Beast creature with Trample until end of turn.
This one REALLY gets me... cause I thought it was too stupid for anyone else to do...
Artificer's Stone6
You can’t play spells. WWW: You gain 5 life. UUU: Return target permanent to its owner’s hand. BBB: Target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn. RRR: Artificer’s Stone deals 3 damage to target creature or player. GGG: Target creature gets +4/+4 until end of turn.
In a way I am suprised there aren't more than that out of a 430+ card file... but then judging from the kinds of cards I make, I'm not surprised at the same time.

When editing cards in the first post of a thread, PLEASE leave the original so that everyone can comment on the thread and not just those who saw the original. Those who did not see the original can't leave comments as we don't have any idea WTF is going on.
Colourless mana comes FIRST! Try actually looking at a Magic card some time. It is NOT UU3, it's 3UU. What game are you making cards for?
I can no longer tell people to check their card names, because I am made of suck and fail.
Basically i was talking with a friend and we were talking about my Old blue mill deck and how i only lost cause of one big swing. so i said hey wouldn't a card that costed like UUUUU said that all creatures tap until the end of turn.
Now Mind funeral/telemin performance. In my version i thought it should have costed 3UUUU and effect. (target opponent reveals until a Land, Instant, Sorcery, and Creature was revealed. Choose 1 of each and discard them. the rest go back on the bottom of their library.)

I play tezzeret, agent of bolas in a non artifact deck... want to fight about it?
Utterer Magistrate2WW
Creature - Human Advisor
Whenever a player plays an instant or sorcery spell, each other player copies that spell and may change the targets of the copy. Knowledge shared is power shared.

The closest thing I've come up with that was "stolen," and I still tell the story about this when I can (XD) is Shield of Kaldra. Shortly after they debuted Indestructible and Equipment in Mirrodin, I created a card called Adamantium Armor. It cost 5 and it's equip cost was 3, but it was very similar. It made the equipped creature indestructible, and was indestructible itself (I believe, the flavor fit my design). Mine, however, also turned the creature into an artifact, because indestructible didn't appear on anything but artifacts. I was so pissed/surprised/happy when I saw my card see print! -Jack
While WoTC has taken my card ideas, they also stole Planechase from me:
So I had an idea for a deck once that did nothing by play crazy global effects. Warp World, Wrath of God, Howling Mine, etc. It had no more than one copy of each card and wasn't built for winning. While building that deck I had a revelation. I would probably get killed a lot playing that deck if for no reason than people in my play group would simply attack anyone who couldn't defend themselves. This led to the idea I had. Everyone would contribute at least 10 cards to a universal deck that would sit in the middle of the table. One card of each contribution had to be a basic land, you could only contribute 1 of each card (though if two people submited the same card, that was fine) and the deck had to come out to at least 60 cards. When the game started, the top card would turn over and if it was a continuous effect would be active; if it was a one shot effect it would do its thing and sit on top of the deck. At any time a player could pay 1 mana to roll a 6 sided die. On a 1 or 6 the active card was stuck on the bottom of the deck and the new top card was flipped over and did it's thing. It was encouraged to contribute universal effects, but if you were playing a black deck and your opponant was playing white you could submit something like Terror. Control of the deck passed with the turns, so the active player controlled the effect, so things like Braid of Fire would keep passing its effect to the next player and who ever flipped Council of the Soratami got to pick who drew the cards. Lastly, the basic lands meant to shuffle the deck.
So, while Planechase is a little different, its not off my much.
I don't have the exact proof for the majority of designs I have found that are very very similar to mine, except maybe one or two if you look threw my promotional set and Edward Elric, the Full Metal Alchemist design I made turned into Master Transmuter, A Karn Planeswalker design I made turned into Tezzeret, and in my Aeon Origins set Total Obliteration turned into Maelstrom Pulse. There are a ton of designs that were later used by Wizards. But I can't even begin to tell you all of them cause I lost count. One thing I will say is that unless the design you make does EXACTLY what the printed design does, Wizards does not use our design. They don't steal anything either. If they do happen to look on these forums and their official You Make the Card forum (which they deny looking at) they alter all designs unless they match 100%.

instant
destroy target creature, that creatures controller searches thier library for a basic land and put it into play tapped.
I came up with this right before path, my idea was to turn any creature into a tribe elder...
Your old card said "exile" and "battlefield?" How old was this? I ask because Cemetery Reaper was one of the earlier spoiled cards of M10 if I remember correctly.
