Hey, just thought I would mention that the post on page 2 of this thread regarding ordering of mana costs is now out of date, particularly the wedge section. Nobody updated it to reflect the new Tarkir ordering. The correct way to order wedges is now:

The Tarkir ordering was done deliberately to emphasize the central color of each of the clans. Depending on whether or not the designer wishes to emphasize the primary color of a wedge or whether they just want to stick to color pie order, any permutation of the colors is perfectly acceptable, as long as the permutation used is consistent between each wedge featured in the block in question.

How to use card tags (please use them for everybody's sanity)
[c]Lightning Bolt[/c] -> Lightning Bolt
[c=Lightning Bolt]Apple Pie[/c] -> Apple Pie
Vowels-Only Format Minimum deck size: 60 Maximum number of identical cards: 4 Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
I just thought it was worth mentioning, as it's the new paradigm Wizards would appear to be using, and that whole post is a suggestion on how to make your cards look more professional.

Just thought I would share with you a great alternative you might consider for making and rendering cards.
Many of you may not be aware of a web-based card creator that I am developing called MTG.Design. The goal is higher quality cards rendered with amazing detail. It’s still in beta, so it’s missing some features. But, if you just want to make a card and save it, you can absolutely do that, and it’s free — and I assure you, it’s a million times better than MTG Cardsmith
Are you designing commons? Check out my primer on NWO.
Interested in making a custom set? Check out my Set skeleton and archetype primer.
I also write articles about getting started with custom card creation.
Go and PLAYTEST your designs, you will learn more in a single playtests than a dozen discussions.
My custom sets:
Dreamscape
Coins of Mercalis [COMPLETE]
Exodus of Zendikar - ON HOLD
Thanks!
