These cards are based on existing cards. They might seem based on more than one card, but there is one specific card I'm looking for. I am not responsible for reused names or exact clones of existing cards. 1 point for guessing the correct answer for each card. (The points don't matter.) Sexiness of cards created, as with all Eliminator thread posts, not guaranteed.
Bind in Death - 1BB
Enchantment (U)
When Bind in Death enters the battlefield, return target creature card in a graveyard to the battlefield. That card is paired with Bind in Death.
When Bind in Death leaves the battlefield, the controller of the creature paired with Bind in Death sacrifices it.
Serpent Vapors - 3U
Enchantment -- Aura (C)
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature has islandwalk, is 5/5, and can't attack unless six or more Islands are on the battlefield.
Verdant Wish - 1G
Sorcery (R)
You may choose a green card you own from outside the game or exile, reveal that card, and put it into your hand. Exile Verdant Wish.
Centaur Breeder - 1G
Creature -- Elf Shaman (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you don't control any Centaurs, put a 3/3 Centaur Soldier creature token onto the battlefield.
0/1
Worldshape - 3W
Sorcery (R)
Choose a card type. Each player sacrifices a permanent of that type.
Retrace
Bind in Death - 1BB
Enchantment (U)
When Bind in Death enters the battlefield, return target creature card in a graveyard to the battlefield. That card is paired with Bind in Death.
When Bind in Death leaves the battlefield, the controller of the creature paired with Bind in Death sacrifices it.
Animate Dead. Not a least bit sexier though. Maybe a little bit.
Serpent Vapors - 3U
Enchantment -- Aura (C)
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature has islandwalk, is 5/5, and can't attack unless six or more Islands are on the battlefield.
Verdant Wish - 1G
Sorcery (R)
You may choose a green card you own from outside the game or exile, reveal that card, and put it into your hand. Exile Verdant Wish.
Glittering Wish.
There could be more to wishes. This isn't it.
Retrace
World Queller.
I like the idea of adding retrace to it - it mirrors the continuous repetition of the original quiet nicely. On the other hand the effect is quite harsh. Could be okay on a rare.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
SecretInfiltrator gets 3.5 points. Animate Dead, Centaur's Herald, and World Queller are correct. Harbor Serpent is not the original inspiration for Serpent Vapors, but I did intentionally turn it in that direction, so I'll consider it half-correct. Glittering Wish is not the inspiration for Verdant Wish, but it was a good guess!
Bind in Death: Cool, but would it maybe be better to use a counter instead of a pairing? Counters are tangible and easier to understand.
Serpent Vapors: I like the idea, but I'd rather it just give the drawback instead of making it a 5/5
Verdant Wish: Weird, I'm not sure I like green getting exiled cards.
Centaur Breeder: Cool
Worldshape: Also cool, not sure on the balance of this. We've seen white destroy a whole lot more for just 4 mana, and if you try to go the LD route you also hurt yourself, so I don't see it being too strong.

"In the beginning, MTG Salvation switched to a new forum format.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
Pharmalade made a good guess, but it's not that clever.
MOON-E: I thought of using a counter, but it required a lot more text. Counters are useful in design, but it's not necessary here since you can attach your enchantment to the creature you bring back even though it's technically not an Aura or Equipment, so memory issues aren't a problem.
Meh, that's a single card, and from future sight no less. It seems the real direction WotC took recently is blue for this kind of thing with Misthollow Griffin/Runic Repetition, and even those are both very specific.

TerminusEdge got it. I based it on Living Wish. I think it's criminal in the "all cards must have their original functionality" era of Magic errata, the Wishes still don't have their original functionality.

Unsexy.

Centaur's Herald?
Johnny-esque.
World Queller.

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."

Riftsweeper. As for Verdant Wish, it's basically Living Wish, but emphasized for green cards.
Serpent Vapors reminds me a bit of Form of the Dragon, except you're turning a creature into a serpent, instead of yourself into a dragon.
