Lo-Ti, Keeper of the LotusG Legendary Creature - Dryad Mystic(M)
Lo-Ti, Keeper of the Lotus enters the battlefield with a lore counter on it if you’ve resolved another spell with the same name as it this game.
:symtap:: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
Remove all lore counters from Lo-Ti, Keeper of the Lotus: Put an artifact token named Black Lotus onto the battlefield. It has “:symtap:, Sacrifice this permanent: Add three mana of any one color to your mana pool.”

Sapphire Cove Land(U)
Sapphire Cove enters the battlefield tapped.
When Sapphire Cove enters the battlefield, return a land you control to is owner's hand.
:symtap:: Add to your mana pool, then if you don't control a permanent named Mox Sapphire, put an artifact token named Mox Sapphire onto the battlefield. It has “:symtap:: Add to your mana pool.”
King's Treasure •Sorcery(M)
If you control permanents named Black Lotus, Mox Pearl, Mox Sapphire, Mox Jet, Mox Ruby and Mox Emerald, you may reveal King’s Treasure from your hand. If you do, you win the game.
Exile King’s Treasure from your hand: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
So, its harder to pull off than Exodia because you need the cards to be on the battlefield, not just in the hand. You also are required to assemble 7 cards rather than just 5. And yes, it would open vintage to a "royal flush" hand that can win on turn 1. But chances are when you try to drop a mox or lotus it'll just get Force of Willed before it could hit the board given your opponent is expecting you to be playing an "Exodia" deck.
The plotline of the set I'm working on is revolving around a race to collect all six of the legendary items. He who controls them all shall become all powerful and dominate the plane. Thus the main antagonist has his eyes set on the precious jewels, as well as a handful of Planeswalkers with their own agendas who are going up against the plane's band of ragtag protagonist to stop the Dark Lord from assembling them all before its too late.
Bonus:
Here's this too from my other thread. With updated text that radically changes its original gameplay:
Quest for the One Ring Enchantment(U)
Whenever you cast an artifact spell, you may put a quest counter on Quest for the One Ring.
Remove three quest counters from Quest for the One Ring and sacrifice it: Put an artifact token named Sol Ring onto the battlefield. It has “:symtap:: Add your mana pool.”
FYI: Sol Ring would appear in the first set, the Moxen and Lotus in the second set, and King's Treasure in the third set.
Lo-Ti is broken. "Remove all counters" as a cost can be paid even if there are no counters on the object, so you can make infinity Black Lotuses on turn one. If you make it "Remove a counter" it does run into problems with proliferate.
Sapphire Cove seems like an extremely fiddly remake of Coral Atoll, but I see where you're going with it. Nostalgia-themed block, perhaps?
I really dislike King's Treasure because it's a sorcery that does nothing on cast. Why not make it an artifact and have its ability trigger when it enters the battlefield? The Exodia parts could technically still be played as monsters if you couldn't assemble the combo. The first ability should be a reveal from hand activated ability, since it seems silly to create a new special action just for one specific win condition that you admit isn't even good in tournaments.
I also find it amusing how the Moxen are "legendary" in the storyline but it's possible for both players to control a copy of the same one.
I don't care much for King's Treasure as is either. I'm working on a better version in hopes of making this 'theme' something that can be built around for Johnny players in across the block's structure.
Also would this wording fix Lo-Ti?
EDIT: And yes, the Karoo lands were the power basis for the Mox Land cycle. Though the mox land cycle is slightly better in that you can leave either of the two mana up instead of having to add both to your mana pool at the same time.

EDIT: Another shot at King's Treasure
King's Treasure5 Legendary Artifact(M)
When you cast King’s Treasure, if you control permanents named Black Lotus, Mox Pearl, Mox Sapphire, Mox Jet, Mox Ruby and Mox Emerald, you win the game.
When King’s Treasure is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, you may search your library for a card and put that card into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
Sapphire Cove is overpowered because it gets not mana first turn, then two, but the mox sticks around so next turn you have two sapphire moxen and the cove so three mana, so every turn, the cove makes an extra mana each turn.
