More cards than I would usually submit, but I've been off the screen for a few days, so I hope you don't mind commenting anyway. In addition to the usual concerns I wonder any ideas on whether these feel distinct and well-defined just by looking at them in their current blank state and ways to improve the ideas or expand them with further cards.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
The Ratkeep fighters are clearly the most well-defined in terms of theme, although I can't help but think the life-pay abilities of the rare and the mythic should be switched, or at least their life costs should be. Having to pay 3 life on a 4/4 and 4 on a 3/3 is very odd.
The Cultists care about controlling Demons, Kamigawa-ogres-style, I guess. The mythic doesn't feel mythic. I could totally see it at plain rare, and even then it'd kind of be unexciting. How about "that player sacrifices a creature. If he or she does, add BBBB to your mana pool at the beginning of your next main phase"? Call of the Abyss is a pretty brutal 2-for-1, but at least it only hits two cards end-game.
I like the Necromancers. I feel like you could expand on the self-mill thing the common has. The rare and the mythic are both really good and the Hymn is a cool Ashen Powder.
