Grim Reap :symw::symb::symg:
Instant (U)
Exile target graveyard. You gain life equal to the number of cards exiled this way.
Remember :symw::symb::symg:
Sorcery (R)
Discard all cards in your hand, then return that many cards from your graveyard to your hand. Exile ~.
Measured Teachings :1mana::symw::symb::symg:
Sorcery (U)
Search your library for a card. If its a permanent card with converted mana cost 3 or less, you may put it onto the battlefield. Otherwise put it into your hand.
Recreation :2mana::symw::symb::symg:
Sorcery (U)
Return target permanent card from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control.
Bloodspore Bloom :3mana::symw::symb::symg:
Enchantment (R)
Whenever an opponent loses life, you may put that many 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens onto the battlefield.
Former Names:
Grim Reap was Fruits of the Earth, Dreary Harvest
Remember was Reversed Entropy
And one that was a little much text for my liking:
Manalich :1mana::symw::symb::symg:
Enchantment (M)
Your mana pool doesn't empty as steps and phases end.
If you would lose life, remove that much mana from your mana pool instead.
Whenever a spell or activated ability adds one or more mana to your mana pool, add one additional mana of any color added this way to your mana pool.
When your mana pool is empty, you lose the game.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Measured Teachings is my favorite here by far, and should absolutely be rare.
Grim Reap and Remember seem undercosted, but that's just my first impression. I also don't like the "exile target graveyard" wording. While technically correct I'd prefer if the slightly longer and more specific "exile all cards from target player's graveyard" instead.
Grim Reap: Graveyard hate, with a cool effect. I like it.
Remember: Seems very good, especially in some sort of dredge variant.
Measured Teachings: Nice. What luminum can said, pretty much.
Recreation: Clean, cool, flavorful. I think my favorite of this bunch.
Bloodspore Bloom: Goes infinite with Sanguine Bond and Soul Warden if you make someone lose life, and I suspect other cards as well. Reminds me of Darien, King of Kjeldor a bit (loved that card).
Manalich: I did a double take here. It's pretty cool, definitely something I've not seen before. You'd be most vulnerable on the turn you cast it, but seems to me you could outpace a lot of decks by just ramping to lots of mana, and therefore life. Don't know if it's overpowered or underpowered, and given that I get the same impression from all the Lich type cards, that's a good sign.
Measured Teachings and Bloodspore Bloom both seem like cards I would like to break. Maybe Bloom should only trigger when a creature you control deals combat damage to a player and lower its cost a little? It would still be good. Also, I want Manalich. I think it could be printed and I would have to buy extras because I would drool all over them.
Remember is the only one I feel strongly about changing, and I really just think it should exile your hand, so you have to be totally dependent on the graveyard for that card to work. Otherwise I think it may be too good in a dredge archetype. And how about "Psychotropic Transplant" for a name? Cuz "Remember" aint cuttin it!

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
