Nothing entirely novel, but still interesting fits in new colors.

So you're putting four cards away? Or do you want Tellling Time or Dream Cache? But why don't you use their wording instead...?
I'm not convinced by Corpse Burst. It is unwieldly for a card without good flavor justification.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
Hallucinogenic Toad - I started with Dream Cache but was trying to go for a scry version letting you choose where each of the two cards goes without being too complicated. Does this make more sense:
When CARDNAME dies, you may draw three cards. If you do, choose two cards from your hand and put each on either the top or bottom of your library.
Corpse Burst is a Bone Splinters/Goblin Grenade type effect of an exploding creature killing another smooshed with a Dredge effect. ... And it is Savage Gorilla's ability converted into an instant. The next step of complicating it would be to add in an X value to make a good Call for Blood. Would that make the flavor better?
As an additional cost to cast CARDNAME, sacrifice a creature.
Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the sacrificed creature's power.
Draw a card.
When ~ dies, you may draw three cards. If you do, put two cards from your hand on top of your library and then scry 2.
Of course, this won't be suitable if the set has no other scry...

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."

Lengthy...
This wording sufficiently works. I like most of them, though Forgetful Draw reminds me of a blue card that I can't place a name on.
