Prescient hunter is always green, but never really blue. GU would be an okay cost though.
I consider the first ability not to different from Wake Thrasher in getting a volatile boost for a typically blue event. Jace's Erasure shows that triggering on card draw is generally open to blue.
The second ability is just the kind of conditional evsion ability that blue as the color of "unblockable" should be able to have on hybrids.
So, I think it fits the color pie. Looking at it I realised though, that it will be 4/4 during your turn just from the standard draw each turn, so I will decrease it to +1/+1.

As you can see above I have a thorough reasoning why my cards are hybrid material. I would like to know which point exactly makes those cards Augury Adepts.

Ualshan, Great Archivar - I'm not saying the combo is necessarily "broken", but it does infinite turns with a Time Warp.
Prescient Hunter - What everyone else said, but it doesn't feel like changing to +1/+1 quite fixes it.
Camouflage Loxor - Feels backwards (like it should be blue with greenburst).
Shellfolk Warcaster - I'd go with "Otherwise, put that card into your hand".
Slogth Unsettler - Definitely feels like a common.
Siren's Wail: It's mill. Black doesn't really mill much without blue. (It certainly has some, but a mill deck will still always have blue in it.)
Algae Behemoth: Feels super green. Pumping just isn't a blue ability.
Impenetrable Shell: White. I don't think that there are any blue spells that do this, or something like it.
Shellfolk Warcaster: Free spells aren't really white, and I don't think that it should have cantripping creatures... White has so many abilities for creatures already (although Wall of Omens is kinda contrary to that.)
Slogth Unsettler: Same problem as with wail: milling based on cmc isn't making this more black.
IMO, they are all too immediately identifiable as monocolor, though that may just be a problem inherent to hybrids.
