You might know the "Faceless Butcher" like wording that has 2 triggers that are actual "connected" to each other, but "not" rulez wise.
Flavourwise you must get the creature back if the Butcher leaves the field, it makes no sence that you can kill it before it consumes a creature and "still" eat a creature after it leaves.
A version to fix this was this:
When ~ enters the battlefield, exile target creature other than Faceless Butcher if ~ is on the battlefield.
When ~ leaves the battlefield, return the exiled card to the battlefield under its owner's control.
So this will just eat the creature if the Butcher is still on the field, another option could be to make it a singel trigger like this:
When ~ enters the battlefield, exile target creature other than Faceless Butcher, for as long as ~ is on the field.
I thought this could be something to avoid the two triggers.
It will eat the creature as long as the Butcher is on the field, similiar to Vedalken Shackles wording which is:
Gain control of target creature with power less than or equal to the number of Islands you control for as long as ~ remains tapped.
So we look for a state, here that the Butcher is still on the field, if its not, we don't exile the creature at all as the state is no longer true, and if it becomes "false" the creature comes back immediatly, no trigger or something, like the "control" effect of the Shackle.
I think that the "change" is more intuitive and represents the flavour better (while also reducing the text as you need just 1 trigger).
Overall i just wanted to know what you think about it, and "maybe" you even have a better solution that works even more intuitive or shorter in text.
When ~ enters the battlefield, exile target creature other than Faceless Butcher, for as long as ~ is on the field.
I have seen this kind of wording before, but it runs into the problem that "to exile" is an instant action without duration in the Magic vocabulary - it would need to be redefined to work differently; I'm not sold on this being worth it.
Your other wording seems to work fine though, so it is preferable from the current state of things.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
