Until end of turn, you may cast target face-up exiled card without paying its mana cost.
Exile Hour of Unriddling face-down.
[edit: specifies face-up exiled cards, and exiles itself face-down to prevent recursion.]
Hour of Unriddling :symu::symu: (R)
Sorcery
Until end of turn, players may cast exiled cards they own.
Skyclad Covenant :1mana::symw: (U)
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant creature
When Skyclad Covenant enters the battlefield, gain 2 life for each aura you control.
Creatures you control that are enchanted have flying.
[edit: added the ETB ability; then changed it from 1 life to 2 life.]
Mortician's Gift :1mana::symb: (U or C?)
Sorcery
Any opponent may have you draw 2 cards. If no one does, you may return up to two creature cards from your graveyard to your hand.
Hour: I hear Yawgmoth's Will is good. This is just a little bit harder to use, but it's the same idea. oh, and it does combo with Will, even.
Covenant: reminds me of the Magemark cycle. I would take the +1/+1 cue from that, so that it doesn't suck in multiples. Remember that auras are naturally terrible.
Gift: Feels ok...

Can we have Megiddo removed from the forum forever please?
i'm pretty sure i can find your ***** online within 3 minutes
hour: yeah, I heard the same thing about the Will. But isn't "just a little bit harder to use" an understatement? It's irrelevant to me if it combos with Will, which is restricted in freakin vintage and outright banned anywhere else. I'm trying to wrap my head around how difficult it would be to pull off Will-style shenanigans with this, but I definitely don't want to make another Will, so I'd rather err on the side of caution. (edit: Tormod's Crypt yourself. Ok, that was kinda easy.)
Would restricting the number of spells each player can cast be the best option? What if it cost XU and let each player cast up to X exiled spells?
Or what about

Much more limited, but still fun because now you get something for free. Like a blue Sins of the Past. And it can "steal" something of the opponent's too.
covenant - yeah, one of my goals is to boost auras, so +1/+1 is a good idea. Maybe I'll try for something else that makes it less similar to the magemarks, like "when ETB gain 1 life for each aura" or something.
I remember being very happy when I saw the magemarks, because I had long ago designed a Crusade in aura form and felt like it was so clever. I'll probably have a cycle of "Covenants" that will basically just be magemark variants.
My tormod's crypt suggestion made it closest to just being a yawg's will, assuming you would have been set up for a killer Will. Otherwise, a bunch of cards outside of standard that cost mana to remove a few cards at a time don't seem like a big deal. And it wouldn't be broken based merely on whatever exile cards your opponent would have played against you.
Anyway, I changed my card, but we probably nath'd each other on that.
I thought the point was worrying about broken combos with my card. Using it one-shot self-exilers like force of will was my original intention with the card!
(The slogger could be dangerous though...)
I don't like that 2 copies of Hour of Riddling give you infinite storm. I'd prefer it too stay in the graveyard, actually.
Good point...um, but is it still exiled as you are playing it? So you have one Hour already exiled, and you hardcast the second one, targeting it. Then you free-cast the already-exiled Hour, but can it target the Hour you hardcast?
And if so, would 1 Hour of Riddling (graveyard version) + 1 Sins of the past do the same thing?
Hour of Unriddling is better with the original design. This is something that would be built around. So naturally it would help the R&D team by designating a selected number of design slots in the set to be synergistic to this design. But one thing is that like Yawgmoth's Will or anything else that lets you cast from a strange zone, you have to explain where the spell goes afterward unless you just want it to be put into the graveyard.
Things which are exiled face-down really ought not to be messed with. Not the least reason of which being that you may not be able to do what the effect says.
If Mortician's Gift were printed by Wizards, they'd cost it at double to be safe. Things that aren't certainly good examples of the colour get multiple colored symbols (whose true effect is to make the spell seem less characteristic of the color).
Skyclad Covenant would have to give me a for me to want to play it. :\

horseshoe: thanks for the reminder about hour of unriddling. I thought it would be cool to just "wing it" with a face-down exiled card, but didn't think about scenarios where you attempt to cast a spell that you can't.
oh, and I thought of a fix for the "infinite storm" problem Grey King brought up - Hour will exile itself face down.
mortician's gift - uh, ok, but this is a pretty good example of black as a color... I guess using Sign in Blood as a jumping off point, BB is appropriate. I'm more interested in it as a common, though, and not sure if I want it to cost BB if it's going to be common.
skyclad covenant - I know, auras suck, but I'm trying to push them. I'm going to up the life bonus to 2 per aura.
bankaimastery - I was trying to make something that can be built around, but I don't want something that's outright broken. The ease at which it becomes a Yawgmoth's Will after a simple Tormod's Crypt activation is troubling.
Is there a trend of exiling going on or something?
Hour of Unriddling - The newest version you have is fine.
Skyclad Covenant - Cool! Auras definitely need a power boost.
Mortician's Gift - I'd rather see it return up to three creature cards from your graveyard to your hand. That way it'll be tension between "should I give him a few cards I don't know or give him more cards that I know about?"
Just out of curiosity -- are you aware that "skyclad" is frequently used to mean "naked"?
Yikes! I did not know that, but a google search confirms it. I'm gonna go with "Skysworn" instead. Not that I'd be opposed to something Skyclad, it just doesn't fit this card. Good catch!
syne - yes, exiling is the hot new thing!
mortician's gift - at returning 3 creature cards, I'd want to up the cost. But then the problem is that it becomes a pretty bad card drawer. I'd like both halves to be somewhat equal, and there's a 2B double raise dead (I forget the name) and "draw 2" is fair at 2B. (Note that I'm costing it a full mana cheaper because your opponent gets to choose the half, as is the case with punisher cards.)

Kaho, Minamo Historian?
Skyship Weatherlight?
Plus, of course, any number of cards that your opponent would play that exile your cards.

Flashback?
Ooh, ooh, Arc Slogger!
Anyway, this post is moot because of your update. For the updated card, I'd say to exile Riddling after it resolves.
I thought the point was worrying about broken combos with my card. Using it one-shot self-exilers like force of will was my original intention with the card!

I'll add an exile clause to it though.
