Pursuit of Perfection - Is it a bit strong at common? Not sure... And flavour-wise it makes the creature an angel but doesn't give it flying?
Journey of Progress - Solid card for blue, which affects everyone. I can see Wizards printing this.
Chimney Dweller - Cool! Me likey... a lot.
Galvanize - Already an existing card name. Should be uncommon.
Urbanize - Strong and useful.
Brass Goggles - Solid, though the equip cost looks overcosted.
Clockwork Contraption - Nice concept though a bit meh in usefulness. Basically a sorcery-speed Battlegrowth for 3 with the potential to add more later on(if you play many artifacts).
Steamwork Dirigible - Lots of flashy text for a very normal ability. Could very well have been:

Not worse at all. You can put it on a meaningless 1/1 and attack on the same turn. Can't do it with the real Serra...
Pursuit of Perfection = I like this. I think the p/t-setting effect looks good in white, actually. It likes you to play it on small critters since they get the biggest benefit from it. I also think it's fine at 2WW.
Urbanize = Maybe this should be white? Green seems to be more about nonbasic hate.
Clockwork Contraption = Very nice. I love how this plays out.
Steam Turbine = Something that needs to be made.
I love the flavor of these cards! Vehicles are amazing, and I love Brass Goggles. Can it give protection from just Instants and Sorceries and not worry about whether they're spells or not? It only matters if someone cycles Slice and Dice or something like that.

If equipped creature is a Vehicle, sacrifice Safety Belt rather than sacrificing creatures operating equipped Vehicle when it leaves play.
