Bounce [effect](When this comes into play, you may return it to its owner's hand, if you do, [effect])
The idea is you can play creature, land, artifact or enchantment as normal but if you want to create [effect], it will be like you play them as buyback sorcery (unless you are interrupted by instant removal while bounce triggered ability is on the stack).

Seems strong. Basically you're making a split card which allows you to keep the creature half to play later. There may be ways around this, but from what I can see, the mechanic is quite powerful. Perhaps make a cost for Bounce?
I have a question about Selesnya...
You put it in it returns to your hand.
Next turn, you get a wolf right?
EDIT- I find crushing Gorilla a bit on the powerful side, and mana filter as a little amusing, but everything is pretty balanced, even if selesnya gives you tons of wolves.
Yay tolsimir!
You play Selesnya Anthem, if you bounce it back - you get a 2/2 wolf right away (from bounce effect) and no more wolf. If you don't bounce, Anthem stays in play then you'll get a wolf at the beginning of your next upkeep (unless you don't pay echo cost and sacrifice the Anthem which normally wouldn't happen).

It is a split card - between permanent or buyback spell, possibly powerful depends on the mana cost.
Mana filter seems very broken with Storm!
You're right, I forget about Storm. So sad that losing 1 life seem not enough to push this card through.
My gut concern with these cards is "Shock in response." Since the ability is triggered, your opponents will be able to remove the creature in response, thereby stopping you from doing whatever you want to do.
Also, it should be "When THIS comes into play, you may return it to its owner's hand. If you do, do THAT."
