MTG Salvation

Hey all! I just came back to Magic after a long break just a few months ago. After reading up on commander and being a primarily standard player in the past I figured i'd give this a shot. My first build did not go well at all, I went mono red goblins and found that in the group I primarily play in I lacked a lot of answers. I was told about The Mimeoplasm and the idea of the deck really fits my play style as I thoroughly enjoy the idea of Reanimator. Please feel free to give any and all suggestions. I am looking to see where the price ceiling of this deck can go. That in mind I do not have the budget to have $500+ cards in the deck for example. Just for grins lets put the ceiling of a single card at $200. Please keep in mind I just recently traded out of some standard value and traded into these cards to get a decent core build. Any suggestions are welcomed along with swap out cards. I know I am missing some staples but please feel free to offer since this deck seems to offer multiple play styles. Thanks for your input!

Again everyone this is a trial build with what I have. I know I am missing some huge staples and I am curious to see what would be replaced or what's needed, even at the high end. Please tell me your thoughts. Deck is 100 cards my math might be off on the basics if I am over. Hope to hear from everyone soon.
