Has 16 "lords" with amazing benefits that fit our plan, 8 "unkillable" creatures and 4 zombie token creaters. I'm unsure how to improve this deck. Please give any suggestions. Only other zombies I considered was Lich Lord of Unx but I wanted another lord instead and Phantasmal Image doesn't give the variety I want in my lords.

I used to be a magic player like you but then I took a Serrated Arrows to the knee
-Drop salt flats for swamps (seriously, why are they in here? Did you mean Salt Marsh? Still don't do it!)
-You have a total of 4 blue symbols that you'll actually cast. Drop Watery grave too. Find Bojuka Bogs and other utility lands that can assist you rather than over-redundancy.
The deck has a lot of issues as well:
-Why is bloodghast in here?
-Drop some of your 3-drops. You're not only a slower deck, but you're going to overextend in order to compete with other creatures.
-You don't get to count Zombie Master as a "Lord", and you certainly don't want 4 of him.
-You have 12 blue cards; you need about 10 more IMO to run FoW successfully.
-You run 8-lifeloss from TS, 8 from Grave, 8 from fetches, and 4 from FoW; no life-gain, and you're a slower deck. I get that you're in black; but don't volunteer an average of ~5 life without good reason. Go inquisition of Kozilek, and lose the graves.
-No removal? None at all?
I think you'll find that LOII is correct. This is basically a bad merfolk deck splashing black. If you want to do UB zombies I don't know why you'd pass up Skaab Ruinator, Unearth, maybe Darkblast (allowing your Gravecrawlers to eat up to X/3s while also filling the grave for crawlers/ruinators).
I don't know why you'd pass up Carrion Feeder/Gravecrawler either. The fact he makes your guys un-plowable and that that combo can win games by itself (because you get a shade pump that's permanent on a 1-drop)
I'm also one to suggest Putrid Imp as a 1-drop 2/2 flyer (at least sometimes) who's quite good. If you go this route, may I recommend Blood Scrivener?
The game isn't about Lord count. Look at elves, look at goblins! Merfolk have that game cornered. Your deck must be control and card advantage; look at at the colors you're in..

What's the advantage to this over that?

Look, Fetch, Draw, Look
Draw
Fetch

I'm thinking he meant Marsh Flats as a fetchland that can recur Bloodghast.
