Teferi seems like he surprisingly lends himself to a Superfriends build; you can just keep the board clean, 'tick up your walkers, and hopefully fire off a bunch of ultimates thanks to Oath of Teferi. There are two ways to build this - Jodah 5CC Superfriends, and UW Teferi Friends. I'll present the Teferi list below:
I imagine the dream here is to use extra turn effect and Teferi's Oath to manage to ultimate Dovin Baan or Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, at which point victory is more or less inevitable. If they force your hand, once the lockdown is in place you can win with Heart of Kiran beatdown or make a bunch of tokens off of Karn, Scion of Urza. I included Approach of the Second Sun as a "Plan B", but am not convinced it is strictly necessary. I toyed with the whole Decoction Module/Animation Module/Fabrication Module engine as well, as it fills the board with dorks and puts extra loyalty on the team, but decided against it.
The other superfriends build is Jodah, Archmage Eternal - you get to play all the 'walkers you want and run powerful stuff like Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh and Vraska, Relic Seeker over medium cards like the intro deck Jace and Teferi here, and you get to run Oath of Ajani. The trade-off is a terrible mana base and a more fragile commander. It is worth considering, however.

It's looking a little too tuned for 1vs1, which is fine, because a lot of people will be playing duels. We might have to start adding tags for [Duels] and [Multiplayer].
If you're going multiplayer, then I'd like to see more defenses. It's really easy to be behind with superfriends and just never have the opportunity to play them at true value in multiplayer. I'd like to see what tech can be done for deterrents in attacking.
There are a lot of boardwipes in white. I agree with darrenhabib that if you are planning on playing multiplayer, you might actually want more of those big sweepers and less of things like rebuke. Slaughter the Strong is pretty good, for example.
